I have had the worst experience with the staff that deals with refunds at this place. Firstly they charge us more than what they are supposed to and then send a bill to pay more for the service that was done a year back . The insurance company confirmed that we should be getting a refund . But the staff was very impatient and did not provide a good customer service or an update regarding the refund . She hung up the call stating that she was exhausted . She did not allow us to speak to the Doctor either to express our concerns . Instead of being sorry for the experience we had she said she would be happy to deactivate the account. I was unable to talk to someone else either since she is the only person in the office responsible for the refunds.Very unfortunate to see customers being given this kind of a treatment . I highly do not recommend this place at all.

My son is autistic and doesn't have insurance at the moment so we have money set aside for his dental needs. He need a root canal therapy and crown. We were trying to find a place where they can do both. This was told upfront. We paid $29 for the dentist to say they don't do root canal therapy there. He was very rude and dismissive to my husband and son. It was so bad that the hygienist apologized for him. Unacceptable. The dentist assumed we were looking for a cheaper way to do the root canal therapy when what we were trying to do was find a more accommodating facility for our son that does both. I was going to make this our family dentist but because of his bias attitude and assumptions he lost 5 new patients. However, the receptionist and hygienist here were outstanding.

I’ve been coming here for about a year and a half now and I could not be happier. The staff are incredibly nice, knowledgeable, personable, and hilarious. From reception to the dental hygienists to the dentists, it’s an amazing experience. I had a lot of anxiety coming in initially because it had a been a while since being able to see a dentist, but that quickly went away. It’s in large part due to the quality of the workers and the quality of care they provide. 10/10 recommend.

This place is absolutely horrible.Been trying for 2 1:2 weeks to get my dental exrays and still haven’t received them. No one is ever available to help! I will never recommend this place and that’s why I’m changing dentist!

Dr Robinson and his staff are very welcoming and calm my nerves with their friendliness. The team put an affordable treatment plan together to give me the smile that I once had. I won’t go anywhere else because this dentistry values their clients health as well. Follow their instructions after treatment and you will have nothing but positive results!

I literally pulled in their parking lot and called the number on their sign one day after work after having a horrible abcess tooth for weeks. They saw me less than 15 minutes later, told me what it would cost me to get it pulled that day, and pulled it. An hour later I left with my problem resolved and a prescription for antibiotics and pain.
The ladies who worked there were very friendly and made sure I wasnt having issues with anxiety and talked to me until the dentist had a chance to attend to me. They were my heroes that day. Would recommend to anyone experiencing tooth pain.
Update: Went back today to get another cleaning. The hygienist is the funniest and most friendly person ever, and makes the whole experience so much better!
