They’re on point and I enjoyed how they work on my teeth and get me together and make plans to help me keep my teeth.

The dentist dismissed me when I was having trouble breathing, from allergies, lying flat for work to be done. Very short and unkind.

It was my first time there. I hadn’t been to the dentist in several years. So I was a little anxious. But they were absolutely amazing! From the secretary. The assistant Kim. The hygienist Andrea. Dr. Ashley. Everyone was so nice. And explained every thing to me. They made sure I had a plan for the future. They explained my options. I left feeling so satisfied and pleased. I’m so glad I made the decision. I will definitely recommend people around me to come to Smile Co!

I waited almost four to five years to write my review just to make sure I didn’t jump to conclusions. I visited this establishment as a new patient back in February or March of 2017 or 2018. I was going in for a routine cleaning. I had literally just had my teeth cleaned about 5 months prior by my current dentist office but wanted to support a black owned business so I was testing the waters. Well I went in and was told I had 18 cavities. As you can imagine I’m furious because like previously stated, I had JUST seen my dentist within 5 months and he thoroughly checks my teeth every visit for cavities. So the next day I walk two doors down from work and talk to the receptionist letting her know their findings, even showing her the pictures. She takes one look at the pictures and says they look like stains, not cavities. I get in with the dentist the next day and he does another exam, chuckles and says, “ You have no cavities”. I asked him was he sure and he replied yes. I’ve never been back to The Smile Co. September 2021 is the first time he has informed me that I had a cavity. He’s taken care of it and honestly I have had NO OTHER ISSUES whatsoever on any of my other teeth. I’m pretty sure If I had 18 cavities, they’d shown or caused some type of pain by now. I’m due to get my braces put on to tighten some small gaps and an overbite and was told by my orthodontist that my oral hygiene is excellent. I’m not even going to get started on my husband’s experience. Just know that I ended up with his bill and had to call SEVERAL times to get that taken care of. I definitely WOULD NOT recommend this place. And Williams is my married name.

I am still amazed but the care of the company doctors and your staff. May God bless you all, so keep up the great care and service you offer.

This was the biggest rip off I have ever experienced. I moved in the area looking for a dental company in my neighborhood. My customer experience was well below poor service. I had three visits with this company, my first appt. was for x-rays, in which it took for ever to establish an appt. then I was told I needed a deep cleaning, that would take two visits. During my finial visit, I was offered a life time whitening program for a sum of $300.00 ,and it was explained, I could come in for up keep in between visits. The initial treatment was a solution placed in a gel tray and to sit under a blue light for 20 mins. The lightening solution did brighten my teeth for a moment. I was sent home with a pen size whitening kit that you can purchase at any local store. When I called back after 3 months to schedule a visit for maintenance. I was told, I can only get the gel treatment only when I come in for my 6 month check up and if I wanted to have the gel treatment again before hand, that would cost me another $300.00. When I explained what was presented to me by the dental hygienist, I was informed, the program was not explained to me appropriately and sorry about that. Never offering any resolution to the miscommunication by the dental team member. So I must accept I was completely had for my $300.00. "BE WARE" if you value your hard earn cash, this company is a rip off. I will never allow them to take my money and sell me a pen size tube for $300.00 again, or bill my dental insurance for any services. My lost, but they are the biggest losers and after reading the negative reviews, I see they have produced bad services for years!!!. I should have done my research. An honest hard working customer that was will to pay for services to maintain my personal hygiene. I feel so sorry for all the people who has experienced this companies poor service for years. I say again, "BE WARE" if you value your MONEY and demand not feeling taken advantage of....

i got my crown replaced by these people and it broke in an year and they blamed it on me. i filed a complaint with my insurance company and they replied to them that the doc doesn't work there anymore, when i can see his picture still on their website. they are fraud people. never ever go to them. i won't be referring my worst enemy to these guys, they are so bad. also my new dentist said the crown they used which broke in less than an year, was supposed to be a temporary crown as my new dentist uses it for temporary i.e. till they get the crown made from the lab. they are complete fraud , be aware of them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The people that worked on my teeth was nice throughout the whole process I enjoyed coming.
