It took me posting a bad review to get a response. The billing coordinator who was never available and whom I have left many messages for some how became available and emailed and called me back finally. Then the good Dr. sent me a Dismissal/ Deformation letter concerned about his reputation. At no time did anyone ask what was going on or how we got to this point for that matter. I'm disappointed in how I was treated and talked to. Still have not gotten my money back at this point its a lost cause. I stand by my original post I would not recommend The Smile Company to anyone. Some people just can't do right. You can't get mad if someone gives you a bad review. My experience was not a good one and I will share with anyone who ask. So take your good reputation and go forth and do what you do. You reap what you sow. I done fighting its painfully obvious this situation has no resolution. I will chalk this up as a loss and lesson learned. So smile on smile company....

My son had anxiety about going to see a dentist after a bad experience a couple of years ago at another dental office, but he came out smiling after his appointment at Smile Dental! He said everyone was very nice, he was treated with respect and bonus, he got to watch Disney Plus during his cleaning! He said the cleaning was gentle and he was given plenty of water to rinse! For the first time, his mouth wasn’t sore. Thank you for giving my teen a positive dental experience!

I LOVE this group! I usually despise dental exams but everyone at The Smile Company made my visit absolutely wonderful. The hygienist was sweet and goofy and an all around delight! What a joy! Dr. Robinson was very kind as well and I couldn't be happier! Thank you guys for a great visit. I'm not afraid of returning for more services!

A complete waste of my time! However, I had to fill the new patient forms out not once but three times! Twice online and once when I arrived at the office. In fact, I took screenshots of both times I completed the online form. My wife scheduled the appointment for me and received the confirmation calls. You would think, when calling to confirm the appointment, I would be told, "Hey, Mr. Carter, we still don't have your new patient form. Can we have your insurance information to verify it, prior to your arrival." Did not happen at all. I was told by the billing coordinator, "You can pay our $99 special and we'll refund you upon verifying your insurance information." I was not going to pay for Smile Co Dental dropping the ball. You would think that when a NEW patient is coming in, there would be follow up to ensure things go smoothly, especially one that is coming in the late evening. My wife had her appointment yesterday (Monday) and she enjoyed her experience there. Upon her hearing of my experience, she will not be coming back nor will we be bringing our children and referring anyone else. Smile Co Dental, dropped the ball on this one and as a new client or regular client, I should not have to pay for the mistake. Thank you and let this be a learning opportunity. Follow up is extremely important!

Every staff member is professional, polite, and very gentle. I used to have big anxiety over coming to the dentist until I started coming here. And to add, they have kept their excellent qualities throughout this pandemic. It is such a relief to be treated so well.

Friendly fast service!! When I walked in the door they called me by my name. Danielle is amazing and she keeps you smiling while working on your teeth!

Beware! I am 55 and never had a cavity that is until this place said I had 4 needing to be filled. I went for a second opinion and was told I had none and my teeth were in good shape.
No one is my family gets cavities.

Thank you for helping with my tooth ache. Staff was awesome they had me in seeing the dentist in 5 minutes. The dentist was very thorough and professional. The price was also very reasonable.

I wanted to update my review post deep cleaning. Danielle, the hygienist, was a perfect fit! She explained what was happening and kept me distracted for the numbing. Thanks Danielle! She did a great job on my cleaning. Today is the day after and I'm not as sore or having any pain. Better than i expected! I would definitely recommend The Smile Company! I will keep you all posted on my journey to healthier teeth and gums and a straight smile!

I love love love this dentist! Everyone that works there is amazinggg! They all greet you with a smile and make you feel comfortable. I had to bring my godson with me to my appointment and they were great with him. They explain what everything means to you and go over plans with you to improve your smile. The entire staff is super nice and professional. I’ve been recommending this place since I went there for the first time last year.
