Today at the Smile Company was my scheduled appointment for fillings. The staff is amazingly nice and professional. They make all the effort to make you comfortable pushing you towards a state of relaxation. The facility is clean and the rooms have a nice ambiance. Dr. Robinson was equally professional and confident in her performance. She was focused and attentive while providing service. My visit was a pleasant visit at the Smile Company. I highly recommend visiting them for your dental care.

Scammers!!! I was charged $99 for my daughter teeth to be cleaned although she is on my insurance. The dentists are refusing to sign my dental claim form so I can be reimbursed by my dental insurance! I was told by the front desk receptionist that the dentists both (Keith and Ashley) said the form was too old for them to sign. I’ve been trying to get the dentist to sign the form for months. It’s a scam.
Also, I need a root canal! I’ve been coming to this office for 6 years. How did it get to the point that I need a root canal? Why wasn’t a preventive services provided. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!
*This is in response to Smile Company’s reply, I’ve have never not had dental insurance. I came to you with dental insurance. I have no idea what they are referring to about a $99 introductory price because that was NOT my issue. This is another attempt by this company to deflect on their wrongdoing.

I came in without an appointment and someone saw me my dentures were damaged they couldn't be fixed so they set me up with a great price for some more the people there are very professional and very polite this is the type of dentist I want to tell my family and friends about most awesome service

Definitely recommend this awesome facility! Everyone was polite, professional, caring and understanding! Jennifer, my dental hygienist, was probably the best I've had ever! Dr. Robinson was funny and very informative. I've actually never had any positive dental visits before and so glad my husband recommended this place! I can't wait to visit the Smile Company again!

Highly would not recommend. My personal experience was horrible! I got a root canal and crown that came out shortly after it was performed. The information given to me about the estimate on my procedure was very misleading. Now I am in financial hardship due to an outstanding bill I had done with them for the procedure.

Dr. Keith is a great guy, 5 star dentist, and a real artist. I’ve spent over 10K to see him and referred my family to him.
Their office, unfortunately, underquoted me by $3000 for my last procedure.
So when I missed my appointment on my kids’ first day of school and the cancellation fee was the first thing they chose to talk about, I lost my temper with the receptionist and was released as a patient.
The same tact Dr. Keith showed me in the chair is sorely lacking at the front desk IMO.

Avoid this place like your life depends on it. I went in for a routine cleaning and they told me that I had to have 10 crowns which was $8000. I had emotional breakdown at the office to think about how much money that is. The office people and the hygienist was fine. But when the male dentist came in he didn’t even acknowledge me and never introduce himself, he just told me to keep my mask off. He had a horrible bedside manner. I’m autistic so I had a huge meltdown to do this. I got a second opinion and I was told my teeth were fine I just needed to have four cavities filled. This place is very unethical!! Then when I called over to get my records they had the audacity to try charge me $45 to get my OWN
Records. I’m not sure how this place is still in business stay away from corporate dentist they just wanna steal your money And do a Unnecessary procedures.
