I went in because i had something stuck in my gums. And I am aware that I have gum disease. They did a five minute "cleaning" and recommended scaling and rooting. So i went ahead with that procedure. Still felt something in between my gums. Went back AGAIN complaining of something in my gums. Dr. Keith was very rude and condescending, and that is unacceptable. A total of four visits. When I checked with my dental insurance provider, it turns out they have overcharged and added additional procedures. When my new dentist requested records, she was told they would not release the records until i paid 16 dollars and signed a release form. Luckily, I have lots of attorneys in my family, and will be seeking recourse through my insurance company and my attorney. DO NOT give this subpar office your hard earned money!

Initially I was nervous about going to the dentist but The Smile Company put those fears to rest very quickly. The staff members were very friendly and personable. The environment was very welcoming and warm, not to mention the great technological aspects (t.v, computers, tablets for sign in, appointment reminders via text , etc.). Dr. Keith took his time to educate me on my care and further interventions needed to keep my teeth as healthy as can be! If you want to obtain a healthy smile with a caring hand, this is the place!!!

Took my 3 year old here for her first dental visit. The office staff, dental hygienist, and dentist were all kind. When she was scared of getting her teeth cleaned a d checked they were very patient and were able to motivate her to cooperate. There was a tv in front of her and they put on a movie, which really helped her to sit still. Clean and professional.

The office is really nice and everyone was friendly. However, I feel that my experience lacked in some areas especially with the hygienist. During my cleaning, she did not remove tartar buildup on my teeth at all. She mentioned that she noticed buildup, but would have the dentist remove it which he did not address at all. They also did not do a pocket reading which I've always gotten elsewhere. All she did was floss and polish my teeth and spent a lot time trying to take pictures(not xrays) of my mouth. It was cool...it's up in the air if I'll return.

Really really liked the hygienist. She did a great job and very gentle. Disappointed in what I felt was an upsell with sealants, and a required prepayment. It's not like it was that much, but can't tell if it was really necessary. By the requirement of prepayment, my guess is no. Unfortunately, I am a person who doesn't say "no" well, so this made me very uncomfortable. I will still go back for convenience and the hygienist, but will prepare myself to say no to upsells.

Very poor communication, hard to contact, very aggressive.
TLDR: Very shady tactics, Cost me a lot of money that didn't need to be spent here, AVOID

To give most of the detail with minimal added emotion:
Planning for next appointments is done at the end of your session where you're most drugged up.
Billing for the next session is also done at this time.
Payments must be paid at least half *before* the session.
This is when you're least ready to question anything.

I paid for every session in full before the next one.
I was only given information on what they wanted as a next session, not a total plan.
When my insurance ran out, they did not tell me, just my bills suddenly jumped up.
In retrospect they covered the smaller, cheaper actions first, when I had insurance coverage, rather than the larger things.

When I thought my sessions should be about through, they presented an even larger session bill for my next session.
I postponed that session and asked for the remaining plan via email. I couldn't talk well due to having just finished a session.

A couple of weeks later I received a plan with an estimated out of pocket expense of almost $7k.

I got a second opinion from another dentist (who preferred to tell me what they saw rather than look over the plan from Smile) and the remaining amount of work from their estimate was just under $700.

I closed my account with Smile and switched dentists at this point.

Three months later I received a bill via email containing a bill with a full transaction history from Smile.
I couldn't figure out where the total came from especially since I paid for everything in full in advance.
I sent their email a reply expressing that I couldn't figure out where that total came from and wanted it explained in a way I could understand.
I sent another email to follow up again a week later.

They didn't reply at all and sent it to collections a little over a month later.
They also added a $50 something fee on top of it which is evidently part of the large initial paperwork packet you have to sign at the start of their service.

My daughter and I visited on 10/13. I absolutely loved our visit. I loved how kid friendly they are and how they have things for the kids to do in the waiting room. This is definitely somewhere I would recommend for families or anyone who wants a good professional dentist. They are very clean, fast and efficient.

Yo, its was an amazing experience. Heard about them on Instagram and the radio, made a call and was brought in the same day for an exam and cleaning. Everyone made me feel comfortable and the process was very informative. I received a new patient tour around the office and a GIFT!! 😆

I'm excited to have a new dentist and working towards fast braces soon!
