Everyone at the office is amazing. They are always super fast and helpful.

This place is a scam. Awful job on my crown (fell off 3 different times), tried to make me get over a dozen fillings and my new dentist says I don’t need any. I’m glad I ignored their calls and found a new dentist.

I have two places where I live Maryland Heights is one of them and I wanted to go to this facility solely because of the hours of Saturday being open. On the website it says Sat. 8A.M-2P.M Monday 8A.M-5P.M. Tuesday 11A.M.-8P.M. Thursday 11 A.M.-8P.M. Friday 8A.M.-2P.M.,(All of these hours are inaccurate completely, not open on Fridays, and Saturdays the office doesn'tdo anything other than cleaning no dental work and anyday the office is open the latest is not 8 P.M. it's 7 P.M )I went up to this facility on Saturday at 11A.M. for a cleaning the Dr. Robinson stated I had cavities, I stated I just had my Dentist on the other side of town do all cavities on my teeth May 2021, Mrs Robinson stated well its some cavities now. I am not the type of person to buy something without asking questions and investigating first so I asked Mrs Robinson if Mrs. Robinson believes the other MDO lied and if so how about I have the other office fax the records of work, after that Mrs. Robinson began to become to allow her feelings to take over her day and left and the other lady with long nice looking beautiful braids (she should be running the establishment in my opinion she has excellent customer service this lady polished my teeth 5 stars to her and the other lady whom cleaned my teeth 5 stars to her), so then I was presented a estimate on getting the cavities done I said okay I'll pay let's do it and then the receptionist stated that there isn't a dentists that does work on Saturdays. Just false advertising and I called up to speak about the hours on the site verses the actual hours and spoke with "Janice" who not only is a carnal minded individual she also has menopause apparently, who said these exact words " I just work here", I insisted that the website hours are extremely different than the hours that has been given for service, then "Janice" stated "your speaking to the wrong person about this, I just work here and hung the phone up". For the record I'm not mad nor angry it's impossible for me to get mad because I'm in Dominion and I am a God and protected by God and I conquer normals, and carnal minded individuals so I'm not at all shocked or surprised at any of these individuals they are just doing what they are supposed to do when in a carnal mind. I love all of you all stay blessed, I love you Janice, I love you Miss Robinson.

I am proud to call The Smile Company my dental home. The doctors and their team were so inviting and made me feel comfortable. I had an implant placed and the procedure went smoothly. I was able to watch one of my favorite shows during the time, which relaxed me even more. After the procedure, the doctors personally called to check on me and to make sure everything was okay. If you are are not looking for just a good dental office, but a great dental office, this is the place to go for your dental needs.

I've been putting this crown replacement off for 2 years. I went to The Smile Company today. Chelsey was very good at explaining everything and fitting me for my temporary crown. Dr. Keith did a great job of numbing my gums without making my face feel numb & hard for hours. I go back Thursday to get my permanent crown. Great service!

they are the worst dentist ever. i got a crown from them in august 2020 and it has been less than one and half year and the crown is already broken and when i went to them today, they gave me a bill of 799 $ for the crown replacement. On asking why did the crown broke, they said you didn't keep your appointment. i don't know how keeping appointment will not break the crown. i have another crown from another dentist that's in there for more than 7 years and no issues. the conclusion is their crown was substandard, and they have shoddy business practices. i will never recommend anyone going to them.

great place, and flexible schedule that make my therapy process a lot easier. I like the lady who did the deep cleaning for me. Her name is Melanie. I would recommend her to my friend or those who want a deep cleaning for teeth. She is professional and skillful.

Dr. Robinson always eases my anxiety and makes sure my teeth are well taken care of. His staff is great also!

My hygienist Melanie did an amazing job! She had me leaving feeling extra great about my smile, which is my favorite feature about myself. I would definitely recommend her to anyone. She was polite, timely, and even took her time to show me things about my own teeth.

The Smile Company is great! I had not been to the dentist in an embarrassing amount of time and everyone was extremely helpful and I did not feel even slightly judged for how long it had been since I’ve been to a dentist! They were so helpful with any questions that I had and were extremely thorough with explaining the proper way to care for your teeth. I was in and out very quickly and they were even able to accommodate me for more procedures I needed done. I would highly recommend this establishment! You will not be disappointed!
