The Smile Company Is the Best!!! Dr Keith Robinson Is an Awesome Dentist And has given me beautiful smile back.!!! I had a screw retained implant lower denture and I absolutely love It. I was previously scared to death of the dentists office but from my first consultation there I knew that they were a Company that I could trust and that everything was going to be work out perfect!! (as it did)
The pain level for this procedure I was expecting for it to be at a 9 or 10,.. but in all actuality it was a actually a 2 or 3 (nothing that I couldn’t handle)!! The office is very clean and comfortable and the Staff Is Great, very very nice, and they go out of their way to make their patients feel comfortable.. Thanks Dr.Keith and Staff!!!

They don't let you in with your kids (including 6-year-olds) which is infuriating. Even if they have a procedure done. When I asked why, they said it's because kids might behave poorly or "play their parents" when parents are in the room. I believe it's my right to be involved in my children's care and provide them with my support, not to be refused by medical professionals. When I researched it online, I found that parents should have the right to physically present with their child when receiving dental treatment.
Also, they only schedule appointments if you pay ahead of time. Customer service is super bad.
They also didn't let my 6-year-old daughter come in with me when I was the patient and wanted her to stay in waiting room alone while it was already dark outside.
Update: after they saw my one star rating, they gave me a letter, terminating the doctor-patient relationship and sent me elsewhere. They also terminated my 6 and 9 year-old children. Basically we all got fired for a bad review.

The reviews on yelp are completely true. They are overpriced trying to charge 3000 for a dental implant when everyone else is between 1800-2200, charge to have records faxed to another doctor, will not accept two dental cards if you are married, put fraudulent charges on your card, lie and say you didn't call to cancel to charge you a fee. I had to cancel my card they kept charging it and I was already getting service from another doctor. I will not be shocked if I see them on the news soon. Please avoid going there if you want to save money. They even tried to say at the last minute my son insurance was not covered but they have a special for 99.00 and I said why would I pay you for something the insurance covers since he is under his dad plan and four months later a 99.00 charge is on my card which I cancelled after that and in dispute over.

I had a great experience with the smile company . The front office staff was awesome and the office was very updated and comfortable. The dentist was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and concerns about my son. My 4 year old was afraid of the machines and tools and the dentist was very patient and tried to make him feel as comfortable as he could. I was very pleased with my first visit and happy to finally find a dentist office for my whole family.

I really don’t like change. Especially with healthcare providers. Due to insurance change I had to find a new dentist. When I walked in the office of The Smile Company I felt welcome and completely at ease. Everyone I encountered was friendly and professional. EVERYTHING that was going on with dental hygiene was explained to me. I will most definitely recommend ❤️
