Let me start off by saying I absolutely loved the office and everyone that worked in there! I came in for my initial visit and It was awesome! I got an appointment same day and was treated very well! The doctor even called me once I left and ask did I want something for the pain that I was in. The down side is once I gave my insurance information they stopped answering my phone calls!!! I had UHC and called BEFORE my visit and gave them all that information (apparently they didn’t run it when I gave it to them). I was told I had to get a root canal which was fine and I didn’t mind paying out of pocket but I called my job and found out that I have insurance that WILL cover my procedure. Now I can NEVER get a call back not to mention the call center women are SO RUDE and I’ve left message after message after message!! It’s like when they found out I had UHC they stopped answering and put me on a do not answer list and that’s not right when I’m still sitting here in pain!! I would definitely go back if they would ever answer the phone or call back!!

At the age of 54 I decided to get braces, which was a little scary at first. The Smile Company was recommended by a high school classmate. I decided to give them a try. It was one of the best decision I made. Dr's Keith & Ashley made me feel comfortable about my journey. It's also wonderful that the entire staff is fantastic. I would recommend them to everyone.

My two kids had a cleaning and exam today. My son has ASD and usually has a rough time at the dentist. Doctor Ashley and the team were very understanding and my son was smiling the entire time. My daughter is 8 and she said "everyone was so nice!" She had a great experience! I highly recommend for the whole family.

I am a new patient at The Smile Company the staff are very friendly. The Dentist took the time out to explain to me what procedure they were doing and why. When I received a bill in the mail, there were two young ladies (Kala and Ashley) that took the time out to explain to me the reason of the bill. Thank you Smile Company keep up the good work!

Needs better trained employees. Arrived at 545 for a 6pm appointment…I was the patient but my son came with me. Waited until 619 for a room to be available…for them to tell me my son couldn’t come in the room. I’m fine with that…if that’s the new policy (which he has been with me for previous visits prior to this) but I should’ve been informed that when I checked in or waited for 35 minutes. Annoyed.

I’ve called on 9/14/21 in regards to scheduling an appointment and a male receptionist stated that someone from scheduling wasn’t available that he can take my information and someone will get back with me. I called today 9/16/21 and went through two receptionist just for her to say that someone will have to give you a call back in regards to scheduling. If your short staff just say that. I simply stated no need to further with scheduling. I’ll schedule somewhere else.

I received exceptional care in regards to my root canal. I needed a triage appointment and they not only scheduled me same day, the pain ceased and I went to work right after. The follow up calls reassured me they care about patient recovery. Top notch facility with quality dental work. Definitely the best dental experience I've ever had!

10 cheers for another BLACK OWNED BUSINESS!!! 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏 Lets start with the overall office look. When I walked through the door I saw the calming colors , heard the jazz in the background and the decor in the bathrooms makes you feel like you are at a mini resort. Customer service gets a 100!! I was greeted when I walked in by smiles from everyone and this was my second visit . I was cold and to my surprise I was given a blanket as I sat comfortably and got my teeth polished. & examined. I was then given a warm scented towel to wipe my face after a cleaning! Nothing was left out.. 5 star service!!! THIS IS WHY THIS IS MY DENTAL OFFICE FOR LIFE!!! The plus plus plus is that it is a black owned business! Thank you to both the dentist and staff.

My first visit with The Smile Company was actually a great visit. However, everything after that experience went sour very quickly. During my first visit I was told I had 6 cavities, mind you I’ve never had a cavity a day in my life.A week later I came back for a free braces consultation. I told the doctor that I wanted to know if a jaw realignment would be better for me or would braces do the job. I told them I wanted to at least consider the realignment surgery but braces could still be an option. The doctor proceeded with a recommendation for an ortho sergeant and never gave me the consult for braces. The next step was scheduling my fillings for my “6 cavities” during my visit I was told that I had to pay half of my total at the time of my appointment. I attempted to book an appointment durning this visit but I could only come on Saturday’s and they’re only open every other weekend. When I attempted to schedule my appointment over the phone, I was told I had to pay half at the time of booking. I decided to go else where but I needed my records from them to continue with another dentist. The Smile Company Requested $16 just for my records!! I’ve never been to a more money hungry establishment than this! I have since found a new dentist who is way more affordable with wonderful customer service. I’ll update this review if they don’t find 6 cavities as well!

UPDATE

I said I would inform you guys if the number of cavities I have changed and it did! My current dentist stated that I only had 2 cavities and took care of them with no problems. Btw the $16 records that they made me pay for was only picture from an X-Ray they did. Please save yourself the time and trouble and find another dentist.
