The Smile Company has taken great care of me. They have my teeth to a point, in which, I have brand new QUALITY fillings and I just check in every 6 months for a routine cleaning . I am very thankful for the work Dr Keith and Hygienist Danielle have done for me and cannot see myself going anywhere else.

My wisdom teeth had grown in but were about to start pushing my other teeth further. All the x-rays and exams and not once did my hygienist or dentist mention that I had my wisdom teeth or that I would need to get them out soon. I did like having a black care provider but I'm all about efficiency and communication about my care especially when my smile is in jeopardy.

Also I canceled once for an emergency and they still charged a cancelation fee after telling me that they allegedly never got a call and that nobody would tell me something like that

My first time there for a cleaning I loved it. My second time for the “work” (crown), I was disappointed that they only put in a temp crown and I had to go 2 weeks with it. It didn’t last a week it ended up falling out after a few days. I thought my next appointment would be all of the work I needed but I can’t blame them for my ignorance I honestly didn’t know it would be broken down into segments for the work I needed done. (Shock makes sense I needed so many cavities filled I don’t know why I thought they would knock me out and fix it all in one day like they were plastic surgeons 🤣😩. Also, I had previously had a crown done in one day. I had never had a temp crown. I wanted to leave a bad review so bad after the crown situation but I didn’t because they were black dentists and I wanted to give them a chance. I’m soo happy I did. One dentist is one of my Sorors and I would have missed out on meeting great people if I let my ignorance get in the way of supporting my brothers and sisters! 💞

I have been a patient here since 2020 and it is disappointing to see the service decline.

Today i called in to talk with the Doctor to express the very impolite costumer service my wife and I have been having with the person at the front desk. When i called in and said i needed to speak with the doctor and was not comfortable leaving a message because i was not sure that my message would reach the doctor they just cut the call so I went into the office to see if they would at least let the doctor know we were there and wanted to speak with him and we were talking to a different representative but the person who answered the call kept interupting and didnt give us an opportunity to talk to anyone else.

Frustrated with this we said we would like to leave a note and also told them that we would like to be dropped as their patient after we said that they went in and told us that the doctor told us to leave since we were not their patients anymore. All of this over questions about our bills & refund.

I just wanted to share this because after being a costumer for so long i am really disappointed of the way we were treated and do not recommend going to this place as the staff and the doctor are now completely disconnected with patient experience and are not willing to be receptive to patient concerns and care they are just interested in the monetary value of the patient and not the service and experience a patient needs

They provide quality service, and provide reminders of both next appointments and any care that needs to be taken after a procedure when you finish up.

Additionally, when I had a bone spur irritating my tongue after a tooth extraction they were able to get me in two hours after I called to quickly remove it.

Worst company I have ever been too. The female black dentist was very rude and dismissive. They treat their employees like garbage. I wouldn’t ever come back to this place ever again! A complete waste of time!

The staff was very professional but I felt the dentist was on the cold side wasn't very friendly it seems like every time I come in you charge me more than I expected on my dental work.

First experience at The Smile Company was great! Everyone was very welcoming. Danielle was awesome and made me feel comfortable during the entire check up. They thoroughly inform you on what needs to be done and aftercare to keep your teeth in the best shape possible. I’m looking forward to the next visit.

Had appointment for simple cleaning. After taking many X-rays and cleaning my teeth, just because I said they were not my main dentist, upon leaving I was given a letter saying I was not welcome back. Who does that?! So I will be billed for all those X-rays yet cannot return. Therefore I highly recommend not going to this dentist office.
