I went to my first visit at The Smile Company during the Pandemic. I was pleased that someone from the office met me at my car and took my temperature at the time of my appointment to ensure health and safety. I was then escorted to my dental exam room. The office was clean and decorated nicely. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. When I was in the dental chair, there was a screen in front of me where they played movies and also showed x-rays. Everyone in the office was very professional and friendly. I understood what was happening each step of the way. I had a cleaning done during this visit, but will return!

It’s extremely disappointing that I finally found a dentist office that I like and it end so poorly. I stated going to this place back in 2021 they were all every nice especially the dentist assistant she is amazing. I got a crown done soon after. It is March of 2022 and still have a bit of discomfort which information was provided at my last appt on sat 2/26/22.I also informed them of other issues back in 2021 so they dismissed them. At 2/28/22 appt my daughter and I were both seen and I was told we both needed some work. I ADVISED THAT I WOULD CALL MONDAY 2/28/22. I lady answers and says “ I don’t have access to schedule that appt I’ll take your information down and some one will give you a call back” I did not get a call back that day. Tuesday 3/1/22 I call before they open completely what sounded to be the same lady answers and says the same thing she cannot schedule treatment appts. So I ask for the number of someone who can. Well there is no number per her response with a tone which makes you feel like you’re in the wrong for asking. I asked what the issue was that she can’t schedule . I got two different responses one: the system was messed up and the second: she didn’t have access. She supposedly took my informaron again to have someone who can call me back. I never received a call back yet today 3/2/22 I received and email that they are terminating the doctor patient relationship . It is extremely disappointing that the person which is the doctor Keith Robinson sign it with out even investigating the situation at hand. I hope they train their receptionist ( the one who answered) on customer service and office etiquette because if you are rude you will her rude back.

This place is poor excuse for a dentist office. Where to start?
I went for an examination as a new patient because it had been some years since I went to a dentist. The appointment went ok, cleaning was fine and the evaluation of the work I needed was done. I was told that I would get the written paperwork for the pending work in my e-mail on the following Monday, but, I had to call 3 times and didn't get it until 10 days later. I tried to schedule some of the work and was informed I'd have to pre-pay HALF up front for an appointment 6-7 weeks out. Sure, let's hold hundreds of MY dollars for weeks. That'd be like paying a 5-star restaurant for a dinner 6-7 weeks in advance before the actual dinner. Who does that? Nobody. Finally, I decided to go to another dentist that accepts payments for services rendered and wanted to have my x-rays sent to my new dentist and these criminals wanted a "$16 administrative fee" for MY x-rays which my insurance paid for.
Avoid this place like the plague, they're not above board and care nothing for the patients.

They did a great job making me comfortable while doing a crown in my mouth.
Staff were friendly and my wait time wasn't long.

Edit: dentist sent me a nasty email after posting this review. I'm going down to 1 star
5 stars go to the hygienist. She was great. 2 stars to the dentist. He is not friendly, seen me for about 3 minutes. Then they charged my insurance almost $500 for just a routine cleaning and x-rays. Then referred me to someone else. I have a feeling they pick and choose what type of insurance they deal with and if you don't fall under that, they boot you out the door and charge top prices for mediocre work.

Great Service from the staff. Both doctors are knowledgeable and professional. They were able to fit me in for an emergency procedure within hours of my initial call. I didn't experience any discomfort after the initial anesthesia. The office environment is clean, fresh, and welcoming. I also appreciate their use of up to date technology, which is always a plus. I'd recommend them to my friends.

Ms. Danielle and Dr. Keith were amazing. They know exactly what to do to make the patient calm and comfortable in their dental appt. They listened about my request for a topical for my sensitive teeth. Plus relieved my anxiety by explaining what they were going to do before performing. Best dental appt. No more dreading going to the dentist from now on in the future.

Always a great experience. Been a patient for about 7 years now. Started needing lots of work from wisdom teeth out to Invisalign. Always been a cheerful, fun and professional environment. My teeth health and smile have greatly improved and now just needing routine cleanings and checks. They really go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable and that your teeth are well taken care of. Very happy with my results and happy to have found this office.

Got to my 11:30 appointment at 11:44 after my daughter had a seizure at school. Was told i would be charged $75 & could still be seen by the dentist , I agree to pay . The rep catches an attitude after asking for a refund for the services I prepaid for the lady tells me I couldn’t get a full refund that they would deduct $75 off my balance and I won’t get it until the 1st . I asked the young lady why can’t I be seen when not a single person has walked in the office after saying all Dr’s were busy . They said I signed a legal document saying I knew I had a 10 min grace period. After 20 mins of going back & forth with the representative still no paper to show where I signed . I asked the representative why didn’t she blow my phone up about my appointment like she did the 1st visit . Her response was “Oh I forgot, I was busy”.. The document that I received only states that I will charged $75 if I cancel the appointment less than 48hrs . Nothing on this paper , website or online says ANYTHING about a 10 min grace resulting in a Fee . All I wanted was my fillings done so that I could get my teeth bleached before my wedding. My fault for trying to Support a Black Business . Very Disheartening that they didn’t even try to work with me instead called the cops on me because I asked for a refund. WOW

Decent visit to the dentist. Not too happy with their booking process....since when do you pay your portion of a copay in order to reserve your appointment? 🤔 and then it even says on the paper that payment is due at the time of service....well I paid for a service that isnt even going to happen until late next month, so did the policy change?? Not happy about paying for my dental work a month in advance. Fix that.
Update: Wake up Monday to a email and call from the office, they didnt like my comments about their financial policy and not only refunded my money but claimed I violated their patient doctor relationship and canceled my appointment for work and told me their office would not be a fit for me.
HOW MUCH MORE UNPROFESSIONAL CAN YOU GET? MAYBE YOU SHOULDN'T ASK YOUR CUSTOMERS HOW THEIR VISIT WENT AND THEN TURN THEM AWAY WHEN THEY SAY SOMETHING YOU DONT LIKE.
No worries, I will never return to this unprofessional company and I'll make sure friends and family do the same.
What a joke Smile Co. Great way to get and keep new customers!
