I went to the Smile Company because I had a broken tooth and it was extremely painful. On my first visit, they asked if I wanted to focus on that tooth or overall dental care. I said specifically that tooth. They set an appointment for the following week and gave me a cleaning, during which the hygenist kept telling me she was so depressed she often refused to shower.
Before that next appointment, I had to call them three different days to beg for antibiotics to help the pain. Finally, they returned my call and told me I had to come in for an emergency appointment for that. So I went in again, paid for another appointment, and they told me it had to be handled on the appointment they had set.
So I waited extra days until my appointment. I got there, relieved that I might finally stop being in pain, and found out my appointment was for a deep cleaning that I had I never asked for. When I asked what was being planned for my broken tooth, they said they hadn't set anything up. So finally, on my third visit, I met the actual dentist who told me I could get a root canal in two months time!
I told them that was way too long and that I didn't want the deep cleaning I was there for, so I left. One week later, I got a letter from them telling me to not return. After I told them I'd never return! And then they charged me for the root canal that they NEVER performed!!
ONLY GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO LOSE MONEY

Great dental hygienist. However, the billing department is absolutely disorganized and unprofessional. I got billed for whitening for life 299.99 and after insurance wouldn’t cover this charge I called back in stating I would like this payment split over 2 cards. After 5-6 phone calls in there and two emails later, they finally gave me a phone call back stating they don’t do that according to company policy. All they are worried about is collecting their payment and moving onto the next customer. Stay away, they are disorganized and unwilling to work with me as a first time customer. After discussing back and forth, I got a nasty email saying I’m not welcome back.

They were gracious enough to see me the same day I called to make an appointment as a new patient EVEN after I was 30 minutes late. The staff was very friendly and patient. They eagerly answered any questions I had. 1st time I'm looking forward to returning to the dentist.

The experience for my cleaning was amazing and I felt very comfortable but I wouldn’t recommend them for cosmetic work. I had them do a crown on my front tooth and it looked nothing like my teeth and the crown came apart in less than a year.

Every dental care need that I have experienced... as a patient, has been handled to my satisfaction, at The Smile Dental Company. Dr. K. Robinson and his staff are great, and I highly recommend considering his business, for your dental care; you can trust him with your dental care needs.

I chose Smile because I was told they were great at what they do, I've experienced greatness, thankful you all could help, when others overcharged me and I still had major issues...

Everyone is very nice and explain all procedures step by step as they are treating patients. I was able to get a next day appointment as a new patient for an issue I was having and was very happy with the care everyone provided. My anxiety immediately calmed once in the room with how caring and compassionately I was treated. Definitely recommend Smile Company!

The customer service was wonderful. They get you in and out. They on point check on you if you need to reschedule. But they don't take Medicaid but it still works out
