I walked out of a first time visit with a $8,000 estimate on work to be done. Went to another dentist for a second opinion who disagreed with nearly all of it. I will give this office the benefit of the doubt and believe they weren't trying to be dishonest but I firmly believe they are extraordinarily liberal with their procedure recommendations.

My visit was professional, positive and safe. I appreciate that they are practicing social distancing to keep everyone well by waiting in the car instead. The staff is always welcoming. I had a great experience.

The staff at the smile company were absolutely amazing during my visit. I didn’t have a babysitter for my 2 year old so I had to bring him and they went over and beyond their job duties and helped keep an eye on him. They were gentle and extremely nice. I would recommend this company to any and everyone

Going to the dentist has always been an intimidation for me, but "The Smile Company" provided me with a family oriented, friendly, loving and caring environment that made me feel comfortable. When making payments they were easy, convenient and reasonable. I give "The Smile Company" 5 stars and recommend that you and the entire family make a visit, you will NOT be disappointed!!!

I had an early morning appointment and they were very polite and tried to get me out of there in decent time. I appreciate there genuine care when it’s comes to my dental health and will continue to be a customer. From the dentists to the dental assistants and even the receptionist show great customer service each visit.

It was my four year olds first time to the dentist and they made him feel awesome! They let him watch Netflix and wear sunglasses while they worked on his teeth. He didn't cry or was nervous whatsoever! I highly highly highly recommend this place! Everyone was so friendly and made us feel very comfortable. I will go back and get my teeth cleaned here!

This was my first appointment and honestly, the dentist isn't my favorite appointment to go to. However, I absolutely had a wonderful experience. Everyone was friendly, professional, and ny dental hygienist was hilarious.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! All of the reviews stating this dental office is a scam are true! I went in on 9/25 to receive a routine cleaning. There is a $60 “special” they advertise, so I thought why not? Before my appointment, I presented the office with insurance and was told I was covered. A week after my appointment, I got a call from the Billing Coordinator, Stacy, stating I was not covered and had a bill of $360!!! I asked how could that be when I was told I was covered upon my visit, and even if I wasn’t covered why am I not paying the $60 “special”?
Apparently patients who don’t have insurance receive a $60 “special,” but because I presented them with insurance they completed a more “in-depth” examination, so I was charged the full price. This is something that is NOT clearly explained to new patients and they WILL get over on you, so please take heed!
Furthermore, during my appointment with Dr. Ashley Robinson on 9/25, she stated that I needed “gum treatments.” I’m so happy that I came back to read more reviews & found that they told other patients the SAME THING! I went to another dentist in the St. Louis area and what do you know? I DID NOT need “gum treatments.” Saved myself from having to pay them another $1200-6000!
PLEASE LISTEN TO ALL OF THESE NEGATIVE REVIEWS! SAVE YOUR MONEY & TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO ANOTHER COMPANY WHO WILL NOT SCAM YOU!!!

The office is professionally run with friendly personnel in all roles that I encountered. This includes receptionist, office staff, hygienist, dental assistant and both dentists. All costs to the procedures I have had are carefully explained verbally and detailed in writing. The office also embraces modern communication (text and emails) to provide appointment reminders, consistent with customizing to my preferences. Dental equipment is all new, probably less than 5 years old. The office occupies the old Radio Shack and GNC stores, on Dorsett- conveniently next to I-270/Dorsett- Rd interchange. Thumbs up from me.
