I LOVEEE this place. The people are super sweet! I was nervous for my first appointment and they helped make sure I was comfortable the entire time and I have a really sensitive gag reflex so during x rays they worked with me to get the x rays without choking me. The lady who I wish I knew what her name was that did my x rays both visits is amazing 🥰 definitely keeping them as my dentists office

I had a cleaning scheduled for six months and before my cleaning they had called twice / different days as a reminder. and then the actual day of the cleaning they called again, 6 hours before the appointment / I told them that they've called twice with reminders and that I will be there at 6 tonight and that I did not need another reminder. ***Since I had never changed my previous review - they responded with an email the same day as my cleaning that they had been reminding me of, by cancelling my appointment, or my ever coming back into them. THIS LOCATION IS SO TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

1st review) Thought that I had got past the BS of becoming a new client and having my teeth cleaned 5 months ago. I had to go have x-rays done for a root canal and was first told a ridiculous price of over $1,300. Then told that the billing amount was a mistake and they gave me a cost of out-of-network and the correct price was just over $400 to me. I was not given any other option and was sent on my way basically... When I called my old dentist who I had been with for many years, they said that they needed copies of the x-rays. The smile company told me it was policy and that it would be a $16 fee to email that over to the other dental company. My x-ray and visit we're completely paid for, but I was being charged $16 more for them to email a copy of my x-rays! $16 for a few minutes of a receptionist pressing buttons on the computer and sending an email cost me $16??? Ridiculous - money hungry - incredible, and absolutely 0% customer service! Not even a question as to why I am going back to my old dentist or how can we help you and take care of this.

Smile Dental has changed my perspective about going to the dentist. No more being afraid of feeling like all Dentist do is cause pain. I have had an extraction and a deep clean with little to no pain. Each time I’ve visited, everyone from the front office to that “chair” (you know that chair) has really been nice and pleasant, and the office is very neat and clean. Danielle, their hygienist is very nice, she goes out her way to ease tension and make you feel as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend The Smile Dental.

Everyone is friendly and they do great work. I have had root canal, crowns, and even an implant done at this office and have been pleased with the results. However, they have lost my business because I have tried several times to get a hold of the billing department for a refund on a service I did not get done and they have not called me back. They are quick to take your money but good luck trying to get it back.

Just 6 months ago Smile Co. barely had 3 stars so I assume they have started to pay attention to their poor reviews and make some changes. I am rating them 1 star for their fraudulent insurance billing practices and poor customer service and will continue to do so until the situation is resolved. They provided myself and family with treatment plans which outlined the cost of the recommended services based on what our insurance plan would pay. I had to pay the difference before we could even be scheduled for the treatment, which I did and it amounted to well over $400+. When I realized I was overcharged after speaking to my insurance carrier I immediately contacted their office manager and she issued me a refund. Months later when I decided I would find another provider they made me pay for my own records, $16 per family member!! Outrageous! Soon after I received a collection call stating I owe them $308. I have yet to know how I owe them anything considering I paid for our treatment in full ahead of the appointment or receiving the actual treatment! Makes No Sense!!

This was my first appointment and I was very impressed with the staff! I was given a tour of the office upon arrival which has never been done in any other dental office I visited. The office was very clean and the doctor was very thorough. A great place for all of your dental needs. I highly recommend!
