Everyone is very nice, and I like the fact that they explain everything to me about what's going on with my teeth and the best way to take care of them. Also they explain everything they do step by step, my experience with The Smile Company has been great!

There aren’t enough words to express how happy and how comfortable I am with this place. There weren’t any aspersions or judgments towards me, they made me feel incredibly welcome and comfortable. They are now my new dental home and I can’t be happier about it.

Services and professionalism was very good. I received prompt services with recommendations for follow up treatment and care. Offices were very updated, clean and staff handling during this Pandemic was cautious as well.

I went here last year for a check up. They did a predetermination of benefits, stated all work performed was covered by insurance and then billed us for work done. Other reviews states the same things happened to them. This company doesn't want to help when it comes to their mistakes but is sure quick to max out your insurance benefits even if you have to pay out of pocket and lie about it being 100% covered. Avoid this place like the plague

Was told if I pay at my first appointment it would cover getting my wisdom tooth pulled. I paid that day and had my wisdom tooth pulled a week later. I asked is this all and they told me it was covered. Now I have a bill for $300 they said I had a waiting period with my insurance which I wish they would have told me that but I was in a lot of pain and had to get it pulled. I do not have $300. They should have checked before I had the procedure. I could have waited 2 weeks and my waiting period would have been over. Like the staff but I'm so disappointed in billing process. I'm unemployment now and a $300 bill I do not need!

UPDATE: after trying to reach out to the owner of this establishment regarding the discrepancy in billing for understanding (the same dentist posting below in response to this review) not only did I received no contact regarding my request, but instead received a letter statement they are terminating dental service. This has been by far the most ridiculous experience I have ever had with a health provider.

Seems like ripping people off by lying is standard, acceptable practice here and the owner and dentist response to this situation makes it obvious he does not care about the clients he treats and only the money you are paying them. (READ: multiple negative reviews for the same reason, discrepancy in billing and lying about cost of service) I'm sorry I had to find out the hard way the type of ethics this dental office holds, I'm hoping by posting this review that you do not have to do the same.

Dr. k the owner is not a honest dentist he just wants to max what he can charge to your insurance and sell you unnecessary procedures.

And why is majority of the positive reviews here from accounts with 1-2 reviews while majority of the negative reviews are from more established users?????

AVOID AT ALL COST!
Would not recommend. Office staff lied about performing a predetermination of benefits, which they did not do, had issues with their billing company and sent me a bill for services more than 1 year later for mistake they made and was sent a bill for $88

*Maxing out the X-Rays that they can charge insurance, which can only be done every 5 years. When asked they said they have to take new ones and that they already got a predetermination of benefits from my dental insurance and it would be covered, AFTER telling this dental office I gotten a full set of X-rays 2 years ago, they told me those are too old: deceiving and fraudulent practice.

*Selling you a bunch of procedures that you do not need and telling you about false things wrong with your oral health so they can get you on a long treatment plan to again max out what you pay and your insurance will cover. Get a second opinion from a more established dentist and you will see for yourself that they just want to up-sell you.

Office manager Janet Victorian refuses to own up to their staff members making a mistake and would not allow me to speak to the dentist and owner in charge of the operation to resolve. Not to mention they seem to only want to upsell you on cosmetic and additional procedures. I went here because of the reviews on Google, but it seems majority of the positive review are from people with 1-2 reviews and all the negative ones are from people with billing issues and being scammed for payment. No wonder they have an F rating with the BBB.

Everyone was super sweet and friendly when you walk in the door. Danielle cleaned my teeth and was very informative with everything she did. It was kinda cool when they put a camera in your mouth so you can see your teeth. Very positive experience.

Today, I had a root canal done at Smile Company Dental Care! Who knew it could be so painless? Dr. Robinson is the BEST and his team is fantastic! Since I was a kid, I have had a phobia of dentists and I have been looking for one I could like for years. On Wednesday this week, I found him. Today's procedure was nothing like I had anticipated -- it was way better. Dr. Robinson is pleasant, nice, thorough, conscientious, professional, caring, considerate and, overall, awesome! So glad Smile Company came to my neighborhood! It is nice to have a dentist right down the street who is worth his weight in gold!!! I was provided the NetFlix movie of my choice to view (family friendly) while they worked and it really helped to take the mind off what was happening in my mouth. Thanks Dr. Robinson and Staff of Smile Company!! You have a new patient!!!

Extremely personable staff. I received excellent care and cleaning. Everyone explained the condition of my teeth in terms that I could understand every step of the way, PLUS I got to watch Disney movies while I was seen!
