Must say "Thank You" to the fine Drs. here for their excellent skills and also for their true concern that I would be pain free during my procedures! It is a beautiful office with several chairs (in private rooms), well equipped and a TV with many movies available to help make you feel relaxed. The staff are very knowledgeable and professional with a welcoming and friendly atmosphere! I felt very comfortable in knowing that I was a priority to them and would highly recommend them to family and friends!

From honoring my appointment time, to the smoothness and efficiency of my visit, this place is undeniable. The services are sufficient and they really are great at balancing comfort and care. I love this office and the entire staff! Great recommendations, a massive amount of patience and tolerance for me, and an all around genuine ambiance!

I really like the dentists there, which is important; but I will never go to Smile Co again and I will contact the AG. First, due to COVID, I was told that you cannot simply enter the office, but you have to respond to a text message to inform the receptionist that you have arrived and provide the color of your car. This is not a problem, accept, the receptionist did not come to get us. I received a call from the dentist asking me for my ETA, and when I told the person that I was waiting for someone to come, they said okay, but still no one came. Eventually, I called and a the office, and a receptionist told me that I can come in. Another person came in with the same issue, and the receptionist told the person to wait in her car.
The issue was only resolved after the person spoke to a manager. Second, I have minor children and was told that I need to wait in the car, while they are seen by the dentists. My kids were seen here 6 months ago (during COVID), and I waited with them, as I always have. Now, I was being told to wait in my car; Smile Co was "following the precautions." No real doctor would tell a parent of minor children to wait in the car while their minor children are being seen for any reason. Finally, during the last visit, I was charged for services provided to my kids, without agreeing to them. This issue was cleared up with Smile Co and my insurance company, but it's even more of a reason, why I want to be in the room with my minor kids. Bringing all of this up to the receptionists and managers there was of no use. I took my kids out of school for this. What a waste of time. We ended up leaving--my kids are sad and I'm not smiling. Totally Unprofessional.

I have been a patient since this summer. I went to them because I had a tooth giving me issues it was down to the nerve area. They removed it as that was the best choice per their expertise. Next I was given appointment for deep cleaning for which I had never heard of painful process but needed per their examination of my xrays. Next I got fillings done few weeks ago and now I'm working on possibly getting bridge work done soon. Overall everyone is friendly and courteous. They are very engaging and are very professional as well. The only thing I dont like is that they require payment before your next service appointment that seems a little odd and its beginning to turn me off.

From the greeting to the departure, this place is the best, especially if you are like me and have always been fearful of going to the dentist. Danielle is fantastic! I never feel any pain and she’s gentle when executing any procedure from cleaning to root scaling! Yes, even scaling was not painful! I recommend Smile Dental Company to everyone!!!! Dr. Keith was also friendly, knowledgeable and concerned about my smile! Keep up the great work!

Poor customer experience and wasn't able to get in touch with the doctor after numerous calls. Cut my phone off after the 2nd call.

The crown quality was pretty poor since it broke within the warranty time (see graphic). Going back to my home dentist since her inserted crowns are still intact in my mouth. I wouldn't recommend this place for cosmetic problems.

I love how polite and thorough they are I love the fact that they have TVs in the room with you while you're getting your teeth taken care of so that helps with you being anxious and all of that. I'm definitely coming back I am not going to another dentist because they are definitely what I've been looking for so long this is the best dentist office I ever been to. I'm going to have my kids start going there as well

Knowledgeable, professional, friendly & welcoming staff. Comfy, cozy, inviting office, waiting areas & procedure rooms. Sanitary state of the art equipment. Worked with our family to decide on the most efficient & economical treatment plan to meet our dental needs. Has evening appointments & front office staff are timely & efficient with insurance claims & billing. Great experiences overall.

I’ve been going to the dentist all my life. I am extremely displeased with this organization. They’re doing secondhand work but is charging top dental pricing through your insurance company. I would never refer or recommend anyone to this dentist office. Thumbs 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽!!!! My teeth still feel grimy and gritty. I will continue to brush my teeth for the six minutes I do. Until I fine a dentist office who can thoroughly clean my teeth appropriate.

The staff was really friendly and put me at ease about being at the dentist. They were very informative about things I needed done but were not pushy about it. I’m definitely recommending them to others
