My partner had extensive work done here. Went to a new dentist and we found out none of it was necessary and it was not done well. I also called to have my records sent to another dentist and they wanted to charge me $45 for an “administrative fee”. I declined.

I was skeptical because of the reviews were up and down so I took it upon myself to check them out myself and I was glad I did. They staff knew who I was when I walked through the door and everyone was very friendly there. The service was great and they were willing to answer any questions that I had. Other than the X-ray machine not taking the pictures of my teeth the 1st time(lol), this was a pleasant visit and I’ll be back for my follow up in 6 months

The office staff and dentist are wonderful and caring.
BUT, when I researched affordable care, the website is all over making it affordable. I visited 3 dentists to try to afford my dental care. This office was not even close to affordable for me and nowhere near the price I found elsewhere.
Give them the business, it’s worth it if you can afford it. But, if you can’t, they don’t have lower price. Shop around.

When I arrived, & after being seated in the dentist chair. The staff/dentist(s) of the facility, wanted me to sign a dislosure to cancel out any malpractice responsibilities, on their part. When, l began to ask questions in regards to the disclosure. The staff explained that I was not a good fit for the company. Then, kindly escorted me out of the office. This to me says, that the dentist does not have complete confidence in his skill set. Be aware of fine print and disclosures of any kind.

You have the worst customer service I have experience in a long time. I have repeatedly called and I am given the run around it is very concerning. I called and left a voicemail that I couldn't make my appointment and instead of you guys checking your voicemail you put me on a do not schedule list and now refuse to call me back about my refund because who can just come to your office and "hope" that you will be able to treat them. I love supporting minority doctors but the fact that you are handling your business this way is not ok. Do better. I have recommended several people but now I am going to tell everyone I know on every platform that you do not handle business well and to be cautious. You took my money on 1/18 and I have not received any service. You should be shamed.

The staff was very professional and friendly. They dentist and the hygienist made me feel very welcome and they are warm, friendly, and personable with each client. I believe I am in great hands. I would highly recommend this dentistry.

Update^^^^^ Janice called me back after my credit card company made her and she threatened me by saying if I show up at her office in person to further discuss this charge she will call the police on me and have me arrested.

Stay away from this place. They offered me a $300 teeth whitening program FOR LIFE. Once I found out my dental reimbursement plan was not going to cover this charge, I called in requesting a split payment over two credit cards. The billing department refused to honor my request. After questioning why they couldn’t do this for me, I got an email saying they dropped me as a patient. I was promised phone calls back by Janice to discuss possible changes, and they refuse to make an effort to make things right. Janice in the billing department is disrespectful, and claims I bullied her on the phone. I payed for a lifelong treatment, not a single treatment as stated in the contract. They will not honor this contract. My credit card company and myself are still fighting this charge. Once they get your money, they do not care about taking care of their patients. STAY AWAY! Take your business elsewhere. Do not believe a word that they say.
