Aspen Dental

Do not know why I keep coming back. They cancel my January appointment and reschedule me in August! So when I finally get to go in, it's total chaos. Everyone running around like chickens with no heads because they have a new computer system and no one knows what they are doing. Have we not heard of TRAINING? This translated into a 2 hour visit in which I had to threaten to leave to get taken care of, instead of my usual in and out, for a simple cleaning and a couple of x-rays. Better not happen in 6 months when I come back. Better yet, I have 6 months to find a new dentist. FYI, I have several other stories I could relate of their poor service but won't get into those now.

Professional and friendly staff. Doctor is extremely knowledgeable and helps make the best decision with the patient. Most friendly, easy adjustment I have ever had in a dental atmosphere.

Very disappointed with this visit! My appointment was at 8:00 AM...cleaning went very well, xrays went well and then I waited to see the dentist..and waited and waited....after 30 minute wait I decided to leave. Spoke briefly with the rep at the check out counter. Told her I was not waiting any longer. She asked if I wanted to reschedule to see dentist on another day...I said no. She said she would make an indication that I needed to see dentist on next visit in 6 months. I may cancel that appointment.

They are very friendly and usually I am in and out quickly. My last visit I needed to see the doctor to have her look at a tooth and determine a treatment plan so it look a little longer. But my wait was not too long and it was pleasant enough in the exam chair watching tv.

Overall experience terrible. Over 2 hours in the office and still did not have my teeth cleaned. Worst dental experience that I have had and I was not impressed by the staff. They took me for x-rays and then forgot I hadn't been seen by the doctor. My daughters teeth were cleaned, but not very well and doctor looked at her without any real feedback. Very disappointed!!!

If there was an option less than 1 star, I would choose it. Would not recommend in a million years. Had a broken tooth and scheduled an appointment to get it fixed because I heard Aspen doctors did great work. Specifically asked for an estimate on the phone and was told $1500-$2500 range, which seemed reasonable since everyone else and everywhere else I looked said AT MOST it should only cost $2000. Also asked on the phone if the tooth would be fixed that day and was assured that emergency procudures such as broken teeth were immediately dealt with. Arrive at the appointment only to be poked and prodded by 3 doctors, X-rayed, and at the very end of the 2 hour waste of time told to reschedule an appointment to perform the $8800 procedure to fix the tooth. Nope, I was out of there and never to return. They are thieves and salesmen, not in the game to help people, only in it for the money. Never going back and will forever be warning people of the hideous and RUDE people that work there. Corporate structured health practices are run by DEVILS.

I was referred by my dental insurance company to have the option to have dental work done by Aspen Dental and or various privately owned dental offices. I felt very apprehensive to go to Aspen Dental. I don't like the idea of dental chains. I felt like they would not be as competent to do the dental work. Well. well, well I was wrong!!! I reluctantly called the Stuart, FL. office to set up an appointment. I spoke with Hanna, the secretary, who was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She sold me! I was really impressed with the decor and the cleanliness of the office. Kevin, the dental hygienist, was also very friendly, professional and well groomed. He did an excellent job on my teeth!. I decided to go back the next day to have more extensive work done. Dr Guerrino and her assistant Irene where awesome all the way around! My front teeth were really in bad shape. I had a few composites replaced. My teeth prior looked like crap!!!! I could not smile because I was so embarrassed. I would hide my teeth with a closed lip smile and place my hand in front of my mouth. Dr. Guerrino and Irene worked diligently and took pride in their work. Also, I felt so comfortable in the chair I actually had dozed off and woke myself up to a couple snores. lol. When they were finished with me, they placed a mirror in front of my face to see the final results. I jumped out of my chair and hugged them both!!! I was soooooooooooo elated!!! My teeth looked perfect!! I could smile again! I wanted to have more composite work done after that experience . I met with Lauren, the office manager, who also was very friendly, and efficient. Finally, I happened to meet Josh, the regional manager, to tell him about my wonderful experience with his staff. Josh was very pleased with I had to say and was proud of his staff. He also was very friendly. I hope you have not fallen asleep after reading this post.. Wake up! I am almost done! I truly recommend Aspen Dental! I am going back in two weeks!

I would definitely recommend Cicero Aspen Dental. The facility was modern, inviting, and clean. The minute I walked in the staff (Brenda) was very friendly, professional and accommodating. Thorough in their approach to a healthy mouth. I'm glad it moved to Cicero!

I was waiting for half an hour after the Xrays to see the doctor. I know his time is important but mine is important also.That was after a 40 mim. wait in waiting room You need to get more help before you lose .cliants.

What a wonderful group of people at Aspen Dental in Cicero, NY. From Antonia, Justin, Tiffany, Lindsay, Brooke, Thomas I have never felt so comfortable in an office setting. But, I must make a special hell yeah to Lile and Dr. Mercuri. Your both kind and make your patients comfortable. And a shout out to Dr.Hamati for bringing Aspen Dental to this area.
