Fast and covid 19 aware office visit. Especially surprised to see the same doctor who took care of me in 2014 while getting my new dentures, is still there and again took care of me! Entire staff is awesome in Cicero, NY.

Very friendly staff. They take a look and see what needs to be done then go over with you payments. Its indeed scary at first when you're hearing the price but they kept it in a reasonable price. Only downside is you may have to wait quite a while but they do seem to do their best to get you in and out though.

I've been treated by Dr Mercuri out of the Cicero office for the past year now and I have been very happy with the care and treatment she has provided me. She always gives me frank, sound advice and I not only value her opinion, but trust it implicitly. She is both conscientious and meticulous, insuring that all care I receive meets her high standards. I've also been very impressed with some of the other staff as well who follow the high standards Dr Mercuri has set. I wish I could remember their names to thank each one individually, but the only one I can remember at present is "Thomas".
The bottom line is that I travel nearly an hour one way, passing countless dental offices (many of which I've visited before but abandoned), to be seen by Dr. Mercuri and her staff. Add the benefits that Aspen provides (written guarantees, reasonable pricing with no hidden charges, etc...) and it's easy to see why I highly recommend this dental office to everyone.

The staff is very friendly and fast. I'm usually in and out in under an hour every time. They were speedy in getting me in for my extractions and partials. Will recommend them to my family and friends.

Tooth didn't hurt going in, needed a filling, now tooth is sensitive and hurts weeks after. Ended up paying over $200 out of pocket for a single filling.
Dentist was watching television while doing my filling. I feel like I was ripped off and now I need a root canal and crown on the same tooth they just did the filling on.

I just left there getting 26 teeth extracted and immediate dentures put in the staff there is amazing! Would recommend them to anyone! You guys rock 🤘🏻

PLEASE Take this as a warning. DO NOT FINANCE WITH DENTAL FIRST. They will take your money then return it a week later and charge you a return payment fee and they won’t be able to tell you why. Please do not finance with them. It is a scam.
