I have had terrible experiences with Aspen Dental in the past so I hadn't been to a location in over 10 years. I had a dental emergency due to dry socket symptoms with a lot of pain and my regular dental office was closed for the week. They got me an appointment the next day, treated my dry socket, and were very kind and understanding. If I wasnt moving out of state in two weeks I would consider switching dentists.

My appt was at 10:30am on July 12th. Has to wait 20mins for the doctor to come in and numb me for a cleaning. If I didn't have to wait it would have been a 5 star.

Good experience at first. The check in process was her and employee was helpful and smiling. Little attitude when I asked a question that was supposed to be gone over later and I didn't know that. Xrays went smooth but after xrays were done I was told there was an issue with my insurance which was kind of nerve wrecking but they helped me handle that obstacle. Doctor was very friendly honest and helpful supportive. It was first time I been to dentist in a very long while but was a pleasant visit and I will do business again.

I'm still quite angry about my visit. I made an appointment for a tooth extraction. I told them when I made the appointment I didn,t want a dentures estimate, just a tooth pulled.. I was put thru a complete dentures estimate which lasted over 2 hrs. My rotten tooth was never examine, never pulled. I was given a 6,500 estimate instead. It was totally self serving of Aspen dentalt. They didn't listen to me at all

Would give a zero star but it is not an option. I was a first time patient, the cost estimate was 30+ percent lower than what I was billed, I was referred to a butcher (Modern Endodontic Specialist) for a root canal, missed three days of work and in excruciating pain. No return calls when inquiring about the billing. The crown prep work took over three hours as they were running back and fourth between patents. Steer clear of Aspen Dental unless you like being overcharge, hours in the chair, poor customer service, incompetent and untrained staff. I didn't even get a sorry or what can I do to make thing right comment. BEWARE!!!!

Everyone at Aspen was very friendly , courteous and professional. Any questions I had were answered quickly and my visit moved along with little to no waiting time. I was given a lot of information very quickly about my dental health needs and it was a bit overwhelming at moments, but by the time I had left the office all questions and concerns were cleared up and I have a firm understanding of the direction Aspen will be taking me in the years to come. I’m very happy with my choice to work with them.

The dental assistants were fantastic, very nice, helpful and more than willing to help each other. I would only go back if they were they only people I had to deal with. Other than that, I felt really scammed, total bait and switch. FIRST RED FLAG: When I made the appointment as a new patient for a cleaning, I made sure my insurance would be accepted. I was told it was. When I checked in, I was told it wasn’t, but “they would waive the fee for today.”
SECOND RED FLAG: Dr. Mercuri has the worst bed side manner I have ever experienced. She had a very condescending tone, was dismissive of my questions, and came off as very judgmental and rude.
THIRD RED FLAG: I was there for a cleaning, which never happened, not even close. Why is there only one hygienist at a practice this busy? As a new patient, I should have been told about the bizarre new patient procedure.
FOURTH RED FLAG: when I was leaving, I was pressured into making another appointment for a procedure that “may or may not include a cleaning.” Was told to put down at least a $200 deposit. Granted, since they don’t take my insurance, I get that, I felt like I was getting the run around and couldn’t really get a straight answer. I

To sum it up, they really just want to up-sell patients unnecessary procedures, the dentist was abrasive, I left confused and really angry and I will not be going back. BUT, I’ll say again that the dental assistants were AMAZING, they would get 5 stars...that’s it.

Tammy is wonderful! She deserves a raise. :) She makes going to the dentist not so bad (I usually hate going to the dentist). The rest of the Aspen Dental staff are all really nice too, and I usually get in and out pretty quickly. I've tried a bunch of dentists in the past, and this is by far the best I've come across. If you don't like going to the dentist but need to go, request Tammy! She will make your visit wonderful!

Asked for an appointment for routine cleaning, half hour late bringing me back, 1/2 hour to take x-rays. Then I waited and waited for them to tell me I need this package and this work done. Then they told me I was all set, what about cleaning my teeth? We don't have time to do that this appointment. Wasted 2 hours to accomplish nothing, what a sham. Never ever again, best as I can tell they never have any intention in cleaning my teeth on the first visit, but they don't tell you this when you make an appointment.

I have never been treated so shoddily in a blatant effort to "require" a several-hundred dollar procedure instead of just doing the cleaning we came in for. I am appalled and disgusted, and absolutely will not be returning, nor would I recommend this office to anyone for anything. Unprofessional, money-grubbing, rude, judgmental, absolutely atrocious 'customer service' from the dentist. The other employees were more polite, but all focused on the same goal: The Money.
