I was so nervous before going to my appointment because I haven’t gone to a dentist in a long time. The staff was incredibly nice, sweet, helpful, knowledgeable, very warm and welcoming. I love how professional they taught me a lot how to take good care. I walked out anxiety free with confidence. Looking forward to my next appointment.

Aspen Dental was great. Everyone was professional and extremely knowledgeable as well as kind and helpfull. I could not image a better experience. I was in great pain and extremely nervous about going to any dentist however, not only did Aspen Dental's staff fix my tooth, they provided me with a simple path forward to repair and replace my other Dental issues. Called an got an appointment 3 days later. I went in for my appointment for a broken denture, to get a new pair. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. They had me come back later that day to get imprints and whatnot. The dentist was very friendly, funny, and paid great attention to detail. I go back in less than a week to pick up my new dentures. The best experience I've ever had at a dentist office by far. I would recommend to everyone. The staff is excellent. They truly care about you. Almost makes me wish I had to go more often lol.

The staff was excellent, service was great, super awesome bunch of men and women. However their on call is TERRIBLE. I had to call back 3 times when my crown popped off in a ton of pain, front upper tooth #10, still no call back. Waited 45 minutes the first time after being on hold for 30 minutes. Called back a second time was told to say "this is my second call." 30 minutes later no call back. Called again said "this is my third call," waiting now over 2 hours to speak to someone I'm in a ton of pain and cannot eat. Still waiting for a call back at 12:45am

I had my first appointment at Aspen Dentals Cicero office yesterday and they were wonderful. I have had a few bad experiences with dentists in the past and was very nervous going in. They were all great and fit me in for some emergency cosmetic work. I will definitely continue going to this office.

I had not been to the dentist for quite a few years. The cleaning and the x-rays the exam were all very easy. The price was reasonable and the staff was extremely friendly. The facility was clean, no concerns at all.

The dentist that I had was the rudest professional that I have ever encountered. She is rude to her staff and was awful to me. She was replacing an old filling in the far back of my mouth. She had to stretch my cheek which was understandable. My head kept moving to the side she was pulling on because she was pulling so hard. She used her utensil on my front tooth to push my face back into place and said "keep your head that way!". She was rushing and yelled at me for putting my tongue on the tool she was trying to put the filling in with. The assistant spoke up and told her that I probably could not feel it because I was numb. I couldn't. She told me literally 6 times that I needed to floss after every single meal. I told her yes I would do better but she continued to say it over and over embarrassing me. My teeth are not even bad. I haven't had a cavity since I was a kid and no gingivitis. I didn't deserve her chastising. She was also very rude to her helper that was in the room.

This place is the fast food of dentistry.

The dental hygienist is nice. She is very knowledgeable and didn't scold but educates. The problem with this cleaning visit was that they over book here. She was called away mid-cleaning while I waited.

I really like Dr Alveraz, the rest of the staff are pleasant . My only concern was the lack of masks in the waiting room and when the employees were not doing actual dental work. I thought the protocol was still in place within medical establishments.

Upon walking into their beautiful new office, I was greeted by friendly staff and asked to wait in their inviting waiting room. I didn't wait long before I was taken back for x-rays then given my exam. Everyone I encountered was so friendly and the equipment was so current with flat screens to see my x-rays immediately. There is no reason to not go to Aspen Dental whether you are a small child, a senior citizen, or anything in between. The staff is very helpful in understanding your insurance and making sure you understand its coverage as well. Give Aspen Dental a try today!

Requested an appointment online, they got me in within a week (non emergency). Completed everything on line prior to visit, so checking in was easy. Staff were all friendly and professional and the office is very efficient in how they handle each task (ie. Xray tech, hygienist, doctor). I'm not a big fan of going to the dentist, but they made it easy.
