As a person a little sceptical on big business for anything medical /dental . I have to stay that none of the differences in how I believe or compare a smaller family dentist in my mind, to a chain like Aspen... None of it matters at all of the staff is right.. And this particular place has people that actually care and will put allot of work into helping you understand and make the best decisions you can in regard to your oral health Very good people make anything else you may be thinking irrelevent... Highly recommended.

They see what your insurance covers, Jack's up the rest and make no offers of payment plans like they claim. They have a company that loans the money for a criminally high interest rate. Their commercials say they have many plans. That's a lie!!!

Wait 3 months for a cleaning appointment, confirm your appt,walk in and be told they can't so you because they only have 1 person that does cleanings! And then be told it is some how your fault!! Welcome to the new definition of "Patient care"

Everyone was so kind. The only bad part was you don't. accept his insurance so it was hard to come up with the money upfront.thank god for my relatives to help so Alan could be out of pain.

Aspen dental used a non-standard ultrasonic cleaning treatment that was not covered by insurance without asking me whether I consented to an extra fee. They then proceeded to attempt to upsell me on a powered toothbrush and gingivitis treatment. I will not be returning.
