I had a terrible tooth ache. I called my regular dentist and explained the horrible pain I was in. They said they could get me in on monday, which was 5 days later. I called Aspen and they got me in the very next morning. Everyone was very nice, explaining every step in detail. Problem was solved and I will return to Aspen Dental in Cicero, NY.

Sign on door clearly states to call in to start checkin process. Once stepped inside, they ask all proper COVID19 questions & take your temp. We did not have insurance, but we did have a discount program. We did not have the physical card, so she allowed me to email it to her on the spot, so she could print them. The woman tech who performed the xrays was fantastic, my boyfriend has high anxiety and she kept him in good spirits. Then the nurse whom had him seated in the chair talked football with him and he stayed calm. The Doctor arrived and after explaining about his anxiety, was nice & gentle and explained everything as he went along. Then we talked with the office manager and she too was fantastic. We all had a good laugh, she explained everything as she was doing it, what our best options were and how we can move forward with the needed procedures with our budget.

I had an excellent experience at the Cicero office. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. Within 5 hours I had my full dentures. Thomas the lab tech was excellent. My dentures were beautiful. I never expected to have them the same day. Hats off to a great team at Cicero.

I was an emergency case and Aspen Dental got me in to do all they could for me. Courteous staff from the front desk to all the staff that cared for me. Smiles all around. Very processional. I would highly recommend them.
