I really enjoyed my visit to Aspen Dental. Everyone made me feel very welcomed!!!! I think the best part was seeing my name on the sign when I came in to the room saying welcome. I actually felt like a person and not just another number. Everyone greeted me with the most beautiful smiles!!! I would recommend Aspen to everyone!!!!

This is probably the worst managed dental office i have ever been to. not only have i had to wait 1 year for a CLEANING because they didn't have a hygienist for 8 months, i call to see if they have one yet and they are booked for another 8 months. not only this but they have called me every time i have an appointment stating i need to reschedule, good thing i called before my last appointment that was apparently canceled because they have are so behind and never even got a call stating that. this is ridiculous and i will never be returning. will be going to stone dentistry from now on.

The staff at Aspen Dental are so friendly and make you feel comfortable, and at ease. I have Dr. Dzingle, I had some extractions today, and I was very nervus at first, but not bad at all. I will recomend him to everyone.

Like most people who come to the conclusion they are going to need dentures I was apprehensive (afraid). After a consultation at no charge I felt a lot better. I suffered from a battle lost to periodontal disease. I had lost many teeth and many more were loose and constantly infected. I was advised by my dentist to have them all pulled before I lost much of my jaw bone. I really went to Affordable Dentures for a second opinion. They concurred and explained their procedure with many options. The extraction portion of the quote was 1/3 less than my dentist and the most expensive options for dentures were less than the basic one offered by my dentist.
I got all 23 of my teeth removed in one day and was fitted with Temporary Dentures. I went home thinking, what did you do. I recovered quickly and was eating and talking normally in 6 weeks. After one year I received my permanent dentures and made a decision to have my lower dentures attached with implants. The difference was amazing. My upper dentures were so well fitted that they stayed in place with just suction, but bottom dentures sort of float and are secured mostly with tongue control. After the implants my lower dentures now clamped in securely to 3 implant post. I can remove and reattach so easily. Best decision I made next to having dentures in the first place.
Both Dr. Pearson and O'Malley did the work with the help of several skilled technicians. They played my choices of music throughout the procedures and all sang along. It was a very pleasant experience and I recommend it to anyone thinking about dentures.

I had a "summer intern" take my x-rays. That was fine in itself however when he asked for help, he was left to "figure it out". He had to grab another person after almost every x-ray. I was being very patient and do not blame the intern at all. I feel like the staff should have stayed with him or at least had him shadow them, before leaving him alone. I have a gash on my gum. He literally took 20 x-rays. The machine was beeping. It was awful. It took over an hour for nothing more than x-rays and a quick check by the dentist.

Star for staff as Staff very nice. But I would stay away from Aspen unless you are willing to be drawn into their main concern which is money instead of patient.

There is Lab Technician named Thomas at the Cicero NY location who is unbelievably professional, very courteous and brings customer service to a whole new level. He took care of my husband who has been having trouble with his dentures staying in place without a ton of glue. Thomas not only gave him a temporary fix to get him through until we can get back, but has a long term solution that will make a huge difference. We own are own trucking company and limited as to when we can get in to Aspen. Thomas understood and was very compassionate and sympathetic to our situation. Aspen Dental is very lucky to have an employee like Thomas he is priceless and defiantly deserves some praise from your company.

Would not recommend.
My husband and I had back to back appts, they took someone else in between, "to fit them In". We were there for three hours.
Felt like I was being sold things. I feel bad for the people who fall victim to these people.
Thought I was getting a cleaning- never happened. In fact one hygienist had quit and there was only one hygienist to do the work of all these people sitting in the office.
I called to talk to corporate headquarters, no contact and it's been over a week. I called to get my records, they said they sent them (never got them). Had to make another phone call to get. What a mess.

I've had quite a few cleanings in my life but this was by far the best my teeth and gums looked and felt after a cleaning! I had some concerns about some crowding of the front teeth on my jaw and some trouble spots near the back molars to brush/floss but, after my cleaning, Tammy (the hygienist) showed me some great tips to take care of them. Dr. Mercuri shared some tips on better care that really made me think differently about my mouth as a whole. I always dreaded x-rays but there was a dental assistant who was new, I believe her name was Shy, who made it completely painless and was happy to be there and happy to take care of patients like me!
