These people do a fantastic job above and beyond you can tell that they put a lot of pride in the work that they do I have highly recommend them to anyone I myself got new dentures from them and they fit perfect they are wonderful they listen to my input and they delivered 100% fantastic team there highly recommended they really care about the quality of the work that they do

I was impressed with the latest technology used for dental treatment. The office was very clean and well run. I disntwait long for any servixes and feel that the staff are very knowledgeable. I'm also believe they were able to diagnose any problems quickly.

I just left the office(West Bend,Wi.) on Main St.I have to say it was a pleasant experience, seeing as I haven't been to a dentist in decades. From walking in the door until I left the staff there is top notch. I was told all my options, But it was when the Office Manager Alyse was helping me figure out what was best for me & my situation that I felt the most at ease and impressed.She took the time,had the patients and the knowledge needed.I would never let this one go! I made an appointment months in advance. When I went in, I waited an hour in the waiting room, then another hour and a half in the chair without being seen. I had to flag someone down to tell them I needed to reschedule because I had to get back to work. They rescheduled me pretty quickly and I was on my way. Come back for my next appointment, didn't wait long this time. But, they did not do the cleaning that day because they didn't have "time". Why did you schedule an appointment for a cleaning then if you weren't going to have time? I will never go back, too much time wasted for nothing.

Dr. Mercuri was extremely rude to not only me, but to her assistants BOTH times I went here. I'm sorry, I'm not paying you hundreds of dollars for you to be nasty. It's completely uncalled for. I stopped going here just because of her. I would give 1 star, but the surgeon who took out my wisdom teeth was very nice and helpful, so he redeemed this place a little bit.

Don’t come here if you can go to another dental. Here’s dentist are nice and good. Here’s front dest girls are always didn’t want help instead of asking you do to a 800 treatment. They just want you to cost money to get higher salaries. Today 2/1. I come here to do a filling. The girls said my appointment was wrong and I have to pay $800 to do a treatment then do a $40 filling. I said I only want to do filling not treatment. To be honest, the online service can’t login for old customers. It can only book as new customers if you don’t know your account numbers as old customers you can’t login. You must call for make appointment. I have been here few time. Last time I waited three hours for a thirty minute filling. The lady from front desk she didn’t want to book another appointment for me. She ask me to pay for treatment all the time. Wouldn’t allow me to speak. She talked even not watching me. Why the people is so rude I ever saw before. Why this Aspen dental hired those type of person come to work. I can’t understand. I’m one hundred percent sure she has raises because I’m Asian girl. That’s why her attitude is always impatient. Please don’t come here and waste your time.

Most of the staff was very nice and pleasant, but I ended up at the office for 2+ hours and ONLY got an exam and a million X-rays. They don’t do cleanings your first visit, “unless they have a cancelation.” Who wants to go to the dentist and be poked and prodded and leave with dirty teeth still..? Then was told I need about $2000 worth of work done but am having minimal to no pain. Then they say they want to do all this work ASAP even though I’m not comfortable getting it done while pregnant and “if I wait it might be too late.” I think they lost too much money being shut down as a result of Covid and are trying to recover that as quickly as possible. They push you to schedule your next visit and get the work done so you can’t go get a second opinion.

DO NOT GO THERE! I have never felt the need to pray in a dentist chair up until now. As I was making sounds to indicate pain, the dentist would try to soothingly tell me that what I was feeling were sensations that were new to me, but were not pain. Let's be real. Don't we all know what pain feels like as opposed to other feelings?
I should have paid attention to others in the waiting room and their negative comments about the treatment they had received. LISTEN!

Had a routine tooth cleaning, they suggested I had a gingivitis treatment where they flush your gums with something then give you mouthwash to use for a while. Then after I financed it due to it not being covered by my insurance much. I find out that the treatment also includes a VERY EXPENSIVE tooth brush that is not covered at all by my insurance. When I told them I didnt want it I basically has to argue why like I was trying to cancel someone's commission check. I felt that it was shady practice to push near $200 toothbrushes to people who couldn't afford the out of pocket expenses for treatment.

THEN,

My account wasn't credited. I called aspen on 2 separate occasions and inquired in office about it. By the time they got around to giving me a proper credit, my financing account was late and had a $27 late fee!
