I went in for a routine cleaning - teeth were cleaned, polished, given an oral cancer screening rinse and a fluoride rinse. Everything seemed fine until I got to the front desk afterward and was told that my bill was $85. My jaw dropped. I asked the woman at the front desk how - with dental insurance - it could possibly be that much. She told me the oral cancer screening cost $70. No one mentioned even once that it would cost extra, they never even asked if I wanted it done as an option - just gave it as if it were routine.

Absolutely disgusting treatment and such complete disrespect. It's clear they're only out to rip you off. Will never go back here again.

After having my upper teeth extracted five weeks prior by a local dentist and trying to wear the denture she provided; and even after several painful adjustments - I was unable to wear my temporary denture and with an unproperly fit denture, you are unable to chew your food properly which can lead to other problems. So a friend of mine suggested I make an appointment with Aspen Dental, which I did. I spent most of the day at Aspen Dental, Cicero, NY, and I am so thankful I went! And all in just one day's time they took x-rays and impressions and I came home with a beautiful new denture and a beautiful smile and NO PAIN! And, most importantly, I can chew and eat! They (the staff at Aspen Dental, Cicero) made sure that I was comfortable with the denture they made for me, and, unlike my local dentist, I wasn't in pain when they were finished. I needed new dentures after only 4 years. I had heard bad things about Aspen and had went to another dentist 4 years ago. This time I had 2 friends tell me they were very happy with the Circero office so I called on Saturday had a appt for 11 am Monday. Had brand new dentures that fit perfect the first time by Thursday. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Dr.Patricia Mcurio(spelling is most likely wrong sorry) is great. Let me know every step what to expect. Steve who crafts the dentures is a master at it . I went from the waiting room to a cleaning room in just minutes. I was treated kindly, and with respect by my always smiling hygienist, Tammy. My family has used Aspen Dental for several years and can't imagine going anywhere else!

Aspen dental in cicero is the most unorganized dental office ever. April 4th, I had severe tooth pain, face swelled up from it and everything. I Was able to get an appt with another dental office for an X-ray. When I came in for my appt they did the X-ray and told me I had to get all wisdom teeth taken out, or the other 3 would end up like the one that made my face swell up. Anyway, they gave me a referral and X-ray for extractions. I called the oral surgeon office they’re affiliated with and they couldn’t get me in until May. Even though I was in severe unbearable pain. I then called Aspen Dental and they gave me an appt, it wasn’t until May 4th. But the other ones I called weren’t able to put me in until end of May, so I took it. They sent me emails and texts to fill out new patient forms and all that. I filled them out with all my insurance info and thought I was good to go. So I basically dealt with the pain for a month, taking 4 tablets of Motrin for the pain, everyday. Today, I finally went in for my appt at Aspen. I signed in. Waited about 10 minutes, receptionist called me up and asked if I had the referral and X-ray. I told her I didn’t have it. She said they would need that. I then asked her if I called the dentist office I got them from to have them email it or fax it to Aspen, she said yeah, but she won’t know how long it will take. So, I told her I would go back home and get it. I asked if I can just come back or if I needed to reschedule. She asked another lady, the lady said that I would have to reschedule. And then said to the receptionist,” ask her if she has united healthcare, if she does, we don’t accept it.” The receptionist asked what insurance I had. I said,” what she said.” And pointed at the lady she was talking to. Instead of talking to me straight, cuz obviously I can hear you. Anyway. She said,” oh yeah, we don’t accept that insurance.” I said,” yeah, I heard her. So, nobody was gonna let me know before I came in?” All she said was,” Sorry.” Why couldn’t you ask me my insurance and policy number over the phone, before you made me an appt, like every other Professional Dental Office. My time was completely wasted. I could’ve been calling other offices that did accept my insurance. Like, I took off from work to go to this appt. Would not ever recommend Aspen Dental in Cicero. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Always friendly and attend to my dental needs. Flexible schedules available. As a soldier this is very helpful. I would recommend to my friends and have. Aspen dental in Cicero NY was referred to me from a friend and I am glad they did.

Staff was excellent, kind, and explained everything I need ed to know. Will be happy to complete the first part of my care on the 10th. Will recommend Aspend Dental to others.

I have been a patient of Aspen for a few years and have received good dental care. My complaint is their scheduling: twice now I have had an appointment and I came in filled out paperwork and waited, only to be sent home because they were behind and didn't have time to see me. The first time I let it slide, but the second time was too much. I will not be going back.

Appt went well. Staff was polite and professional. Everything was on schedule and was in and out with no issues.
