They were able to get me in immediately for emergency work. Everyone was so welcoming and nice. The doctor kept checking on me through the whole surgery to make sure I was doing ok. I would definitely use them again. Prices were also reasonable

My experience was wonderful, environment was clean and people were very friendly. I appreciate my new dentist because he was straight forward with the health of my mouth and gave good advice. I will be going back in a few weeks and I can't wait!

Money over care. Office management ignored multiple requests over nine months, then took my insurance pre-authorization, then put me into a credit scheme to make sure they would be paid first, rather than bill insurance. My sole income is from disability payments of about $1K/mo; they set me up with a credit line of $3K at 29.99% interest, billing half of it in advance of service, despite insurance assuring at least $1K. Actual dentistry was adequate, but little more. Bleeding and pain for several weeks from a bone chip left behind from the extraction, exacerbated by a partial denture that hurt from the first moment ("Keep using it; it's the best way to control the swelling."). I could not trust either the billing office or the dental care, at that point. A second opinion told me that scaling (another $1.5K, no insurance) is contraindicated for someone of my age and health history. I cannot recommend Aspen Dental, if this is typical of their service.

Completely unprofessional. I had a cleaning scheduled at 730am. I show up and the office doors are locked, no other cars are in the lot. The doors say they dont open until 8am and yet i was scheduled for earlier. I was there for 25 min in the parking lot before they showed up and had a door propped open. A business shouldn't schedule appointments for when they are closed or understaffed

Such a miserable place and people. They are so miserable that when they check you teeth they will intentionally hurt your teeth so you get the pain as reason and gift as to why they work there !! Stay away totally !!

Tried coming here to get my wisdom pulled so I could get my teeth straightened... had to call numerous times to get a follow up appointment to finish the consultation after imaging. I finally got that appointment after trying to get it scheduled for almost 2 months and then scheduled for the procedure. Less than 24hrs before my appointment to get them pulled, they informed me their oral surgeon who they had been scheduling my appointments with doesn't even take my insurance and I would be expected to pay completely out of pocket up front if I didn't qualify for their payment plan.

Nothing bad to say. Tara was great. It always takes time to see the actual dentist but she made it manageable with the conversations. Easy allotment making for next visit

Though I do have to wait a few months for my cleaning appointment I was happy with the actual dentist, she spent several minutes speaking to me and explaining things.
The x-rays 3D were very impressive I like this practice and would recommend them to anyone so far as this my first appointment with Aspen.

I got there in the nick of time for my appointment had to work before I got there and they gave me great directions. Immediately was checked in and looked at. Got x--rays. talked with the dentist about a treatment plan they were able to treat me about about an hour later because of a temporary lower plate i would need. every one there was helpful and fantastic. anybody that doesn't use Aspen dental is missing out.

They are crooks! They make you pay in full up front then bill your insurance company. I still haven't received a refund for what my insurance paid. Then, they gave me a price for extraction, told me they'd call to set up an appointment. 3 weeks later, they call and tell me it will be 500 more because it's a different doctor! Don't go here!
