The staff was very friendly and professional. My only complaint is that it always takes forever. I was there for an hour and a half and most of that time was spent waiting. Unfortunately that's how it always is there too. They need another doctor there or something. Other than that I love the staff there and everyone is always very helpful.

awesome freindly knowledgeble staff , i am 65 yrs old and i cant remember a more pleasurable experience , i had a broken tooth extracted ,no pain ,no complications they took excellent care of me today they treated me like i was a president or somebody special.

I went in yesterday and they had me schedule an appointment today for a root canal for me to call them and tell me they got filled up for today and now I have to wait until the 30th so when I off myself because of my tooth pain everyone can personally thank Aspen Dental

I was not the patient. I went with my friend for support. Financing is good. Dentist was rude. Put needle through my friends tongue. His mouth is aching 3 days after fillings. Afraid to go back.

I love the Cicero Aspen Dental! The office isn't your ordinary dental office. It's clean, relaxing and has a T.V. everywhere you turn! Ha! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. So go there! You won't be disappointed! Oh, and Dr. Herman and Lori rock!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Aspen dental is so much better than my ex-dentist. They actually do an intensive checkup that I never received in 30+ years with my old dentist. My wife will be going here soon to see what he had ignored with her teeth all these years

I gave them 2 stars just for the office staff and dental assistants...but the Dr she was a horrible person with horrible attitude, ones she found out i didnt have dental insurance she was rude to me for the rest of the appointment, and telling me it will be and easy procedure if i just had a root canal, but that cost to much for me in a rude way. And didnt prescribed me with any medication.

Do not go here. They can't tell the difference between a cavity and a filling on an x-ray. I had a huge cavity they missed that almost got to the heart of my tooth, which would've needed a root canal. Thankfully my new dentist caught it and was BAFFLED that another dentist missed it. He recognized it as a cavity immediately. Also, the work Aspen did on another tooth was quite poor - the filling had spacing between the tooth where food got in and caused decay. Aspen is aesthetically pretty and has a great website, but when it comes to their services and work done it's terrible.

I had an appointment at 1:00pm on 7/30 . I wasn’t seen until 1:35pm . No one checked in with me to say they’re running behind, just left me sitting there.
From what my mom said, they do it all the time in the Cicero office just leave people sitting there. Maybe you could improve on that.

While eating dinner I cracked my upper denture in half. It was too late to call Aspen dental so I tried a quick repair by buying a repair kit from Wegman's. It cracked again during lunch so I called Aspen Dental. Talked to a most helpful person called Justin, who asked if I could come in within the half hour. I was so surprised; I thought I would have to wait a few days. I came in at 12:30 was seen at 1:00 and was out of there with a repaired denture by 3:00PM. The entire staff were friendly, cordial and accomodating. A pleasure to do business with. Bravo Aspen Dental.
