I will never use this office again! I suffer from stress induced seizures and need all 4 wisdom teeth pulled, went through the exam and in was tourture! I was told I would be numbed before my exam with the rude Dr.that never happened. No pain medications and had a mild seizure after leaving the office.

Took time off of work to see the dentist. Waited over an hour and decided to leave and wasn’t even seen. It’s ridiculous how you show up early and prepared for an appointment and then you aren’t even offered the same courtesy! I asked the how long it would be, and they said ten minutes. Another 30 minutes went by with no apology or explanation. Definitely getting a different provider

There are so many things that are wrong! I was just trying to get my bottom denture fix 1year ago! And now I have new dentures that I can't wear because they hurt! I have told you dentists and your techs that every time the tryed them on that they hurt! I keep being told that that's ok we will fix it! Got my dentures finally and WHAT DO YOU KBOW THEY HURT IN THE EXACT SAME PLACES THAT I HAD BEEN TELLING THEM THEY HURT! So then I was told Not to take them out for 48 hours and to come back so I make the appointment. Whe I reach 1rst of all I was told that there was a $10.00 fee (that I guess want in effect the last month's before or even 2days before) which I yelled about and still paid it! But to go inside they came out for everyone else but they called me to tell me to come inside! I get inside and the tech asked me if I had left my dentures in for 48 hours and I said yes that's what I was told to do! Then she goes to ask the Dentist if he is coming or should she do it and she came back and asked me to take out my dentures which hurt like fire to take out or put in! She adjusted them some but it hurt So much to take out and put in. So then she tells me that because my gums are so sore and red that I am going to have to wait 2 weeks for the swelling to go down so that they can adjust them! NOW WHAT THE HECK YOU TELL ME TO LEAVE THEM INVSO THAT YOU CAN SEE WHERE ITS RED AND MAKE THE ADJUSTMENTS! JUST TO TELL ME THAY ITS TO RED AND SWOLLEN TO MAKE ANY ADJUSTMENTS!

I went there today to get work done. They had me waiting in the dentist chair to get my total. They took an hour to do it. My mom came in to try and figure everything out. They asked if she was my tutor. First of all, you don’t ask that. That was the first thing she asked. She didn’t even ask me, but she asked my mom. Who the heck asks if she is my tutor? That is illegal to ask and frankly disrespectful. Don’t ask if someone is their tutor. Instead, to avoid legal troubles, ask something else. Don’t want the trouble? Don’t ask!

I went in for a dental cleaning. I was given a local anesthetic during the procedure that temporarily caused me to lose my ability to talk and almost made me pass out. They called the paramedics. I recovered after a few days. The office never offered to cover my ER and ambulance bills. Instead, they asked for payment and sent me on my way.

Bright now Sand Lake is highly recommended! The staff (Sabrina, Crystals and the girls) is very friendly and professional, they will help you to figure out the best option to pay for the treatment. Dr. Johnson and Dr. Bricenio are amazing! And the JD and Joel will make your smile brighter! Thank you all for always taking care of me!
