My visit to Bright Now Dental today was far above and beyond my expectations! The office and care rules were clean and organized. Dr. Potter and his entire staff were extremely professional and compassionate. I was treated with genuine care for my comfort and well-being. I was thoroughly informed about my procedure and anything related to my insurance . I appreciate that Doctor Potter provided me with all my options and allowed me to partner with him in the decision for my dental care. I feel very blessed to be a patient at this office and I highly recommend you give them a try! I am confident you will feel the same! Many times a smile can cheer someone up or begin a new friendship! Thank you Bright Now Dental for taking care of my smile!!

I was visiting my mom (I live in Dallas Texas) when I had an emergency in which I required a dentist. I searched and found this office. Everyone is super nice and amazing, doctors and staff. Unbelievable when I called to get an appointment from one day to the next and they did not say no. They decided to help me and for this and more I recommend them 100%. You will not be sorry. They make you feel good all the time! They care about the patient and for me that's really important.

Had an amazing experience! Friendly staff, and knowledgeable. Everyone went above and beyond to help me. I left feeling like I was in the right hands with a new Bright Now smile!

Terrible service. Booked for a cleaning 2 weeks ago and then arrive today to be told they need two days to check my insurance? I have top level dental insurance so this makes no sense. Where is your ability to manage a business? You had two weeks to contact me to verify insurance. I was told I didn’t need to provide it over the phone two weeks ago and I can bring my card with me and provide it at the time of my appointment. I took half a day off to come to this dentist because I’ve always used them in the past. This is 45 minutes from my house. What a waste. My business will go to another dentist that has their act together.

Update: went to another dentist the next day and had no issues with my insurance. I think Brightnow just had no clue what they are doing.

Terrible service. Will never recommend them to anyone. Came up to their clinic almost dying because of toothache. For more than an hour they were not able to figure out what is wrong and obviously decided to extract tooth. I was ready to get any help just to stop that pain. Well they said that I need to come 5 days after. Didn’t even offer me to have something for pain relief. Then thousand text messages reminding about next appointment. Finally when that day came up I was praying every minute just to get any help from the dentist. Took day off (didn’t get paid for a second time going to that clinic), drove for like an hour and when I just get in receptionist told me that I don’t have an appointment. When I showed tons of text reminders they said that unfortunately appointment was canceled. I was begging to get some help but they said not today because they busy. How could you be a doctor if something like this coming out of your mouth? How can you run a business with such a huge amount of ignorance. They also told me to get a year membership to be able have discounted service but never provided any. And when I asked to cancel it manager said that she can’t. Wow

The dentist was very patient with me. After a few visits we finally got my fillings aligned and feeling good. These were my first fillings so I wasn't sure what to expect All around great job.

This place is amazing. They made me feel very comfortable. Curtis is the one that took my x-rays and explained my paperwork. He is a very pleasant person need more employees like him.

I scheduled an appointment for a cleaning. They called me to come in earlier and I did. The receptionist tells me I need to assign this office to my insurance. My insurance hasn't changed and I verified all that information with the person that scheduled the appointment. She assured me everything was taken care of and upon arrival it was the total opposite. The dentist was clearly new acted as she was afraid to examine my teeth. It was a horrible experience and total waste of time. The dentist and experience from last year was great. Total opposite this year.

UPDATE: I am very disappointed with the services here. The office morale has went down. I will be transferring to a different provider due to billing issues and just overall disappointment with the customer service here. When I initially starting coming here, I was very satisfied. Now its like they are pushing patients in and out and do not care anymore. I have been contacted by their main office regarding billing. This is a mess.

I’m actually pretty satisfied with my services here. The only reason I gave them a 4 and not a 5 is because the wait times can be a bit long and cause me to have to miss work and/or school on some days which can be annoying. I am actually surprised of all of the negative feedback especially towards the new orthodontist, Dr. Adams. I love him he is very sweet and kind. He has taken really great care of my teeth. I am still a little hesitant about the general dentist though and that’s because I’ve been to him only once and I haven’t built any rapport with him (I like to build rapport with my doctors). My first appointment with him wasn’t the best but hopefully things will get better.

Recent improvements - The hygienist I had is great-although the person my husband was not so good - the dentist they have now does a nice thorough exam. Although in general they go through dentist fairly quick. I have been at this site for three year and this is the third dentist that has been working at this site. The staff has been more consistent. They do tend to push fluoride treatments, recommend to review and ask clarifying questions so that you understand what they are suggesting in your dental plan.
