This place has always had amazing Dentists and staff. Never have had a bad experience. Think I’ve been going there over 5 years now. Went yesterday and got a new face. A Dr. Potter. Man.... best “bedside manner” I’ve ever experienced. Genuine concern from his and his assistants’s part. I believe her name is Marianela? Can’t remember exactly. And the ambiance was great too. I’ve gotta go back soon to get work done and I feel I’ll be in good hands.

New patient, went today. Told the lobby was closed and I could only sit outside (literally 100 degrees today!) I said, as a senior, I couldn't sit in 100 degree weather. They said I could sit in my car with the air conditioning running and they would come get me. Okay…waited 45 minutes with my car on idle and the air blowing, but no one came to get me. I went inside and said, "I had a 1:00 appointment and it's now 2:00 o'clock, when are you going to see me? The receptionist flipped through some folders, mine was behind 3 others. She said, "About 25 minutes?" I knew that wasn't true so I cancelled. If they don't care about their patients before they get in the dentist chair I doubt they will care about after you're (finally!) seen by a dentist.

Spent 2.5 hours of my time in this office. I provided insurance that covers the dental services with $0 copay. They presented me with a bill after x-ray for $65 and refused to provide service that is already covered by my insurance. I was given the choice to pay or leave the office. I decided to leave and called to my insurance. My insurance explained to me that they were trying to charge me extra for a service that I did not need. The dental office doesn't offer water and there no access to restroom. The dentist did not explain anything to me. I spent almost 2 hours without water and access to restroom. The office manager is very rude and demanded to pay for what my insurance covers with $0 copay.

I haven’t met any staff at a dentist office better than here. Everyone is kind and supportive and made me feel at ease about the work I need done. I loved my doctor and Pam who is the sweetest, nicest person ever. I won’t be going to any other dentist. I’m so happy with the service there.

Extremely hard to get a hold of. I have called them 5+ times in the last couple weeks and no one answers the phones.

I wanted hour and half. After waiting an hour and 15 mins, I ask when am I next. One of the ladies looks at me ask about my appointment time, realized I was waiting over an hr said. Let me tell this patient what I need to do and tell you back in 10 minutes or less. I was so upset over this, I called another dentist office up and was able to schedule an appointment. Waste of my time. I feel because I’m a different race, that’s why I was forgot about. They don’t deserve my busy. All I can say if you have time to waste and fine being cared about, you’ll do fine with this place. By the time I left, an hr and 30 mins.

The doctor and assistants were so nice and professional. I haven’t had my teeth cleaned this good in all my life I believe. Didn’t even notice my smile for a second. Great care!

I feel like I need to edit my original review based on subsequent interactions with Bright Now staff.

Short version: I feel like I was overcharged big time, even with dental insurance. The facility itself seems to be very old, with ceiling tiles caving in on the x-ray room. My original bill was supposed to be about $119, but was doubled before I was allowed to leave which was odd. Also, the dentist and her assistant spoke Spanish to each other while caring for me, which made me uncomfortable. They might as well have been whispering to each other.

My bill was vaguely explained to me by someone who English was clearly their second language. They certainly blurred the lines between what I was responsible for and what insurance would pay. What angered me the most is what was supposed to be a "deep clean" seemed to be done in record time without the usual care I've received at other dental offices.

After posting a review, I was contacted by the office manager, who seemed nice enough, but ultimately refused to do anything about the charges that I felt were unfair.

I contacted the "regional" bright now manager who was the most unsavory individual of all. She repeated everything the office manager said, but much louder and ruder.

Patient beware.

This is absolutely the worst denistry in Florida that I've been to. I dont have a bias opinion based off my horrible experience. But even if I was a new patient I wouldn't feel comfortable coming here. First off, the receptionist dont speak when you come in. Its extremely long waiting times. It doesn't matter what the other patients are here for if you scheduled an emergency appointment and that's the only available day you have to take care of it, it should be taken care of. The staff speak their different languages in from of the patients that make you feel uncomfortable, such as Spanish and French. Which I believe is highly unprofessional anything that's regarding work should always be spoken in English if that's the primary language of the establishment and patients attending. I was suppose to get all my cavities filled so it wouldn't rotten the rest of my teeth and they were only able to do 3 all because they stayed "were to busy to do all of them". But I made an appointment and was willing to pay for all of them to be done. The assistant for the doctor also was more concerned about her lunch break then me being a priority. She was discussing all she wanted to so vs giving me reassurance that the doctor will be in shortly despite his hour late and tardiness. I wouldn't recommend my dog to come here.

I live in Winter Park and it takes a good 40 minute drive to get here. Its so worth it this is the best place to go. Dr. Pedro Morales is the only dentist I trust and will only go to. very professional and gentle. I also love the dental hygienist Freddy he's amazing and funny!
