Mr. Castanelli was indeed very professional and personal. He empowered me with some new new and simple remedies to aid in maintaining healthy gum tissue. He has great customer service. I look forward to my next visit with Mr. Frederick Castenelli.

Respectfully Yours,

Bright Now Dental has been by far the worst Dentist experience I have ever had. It's a sales center, designed to push whatever procedures they're able to get away with billing for.

My first dentist claimed I had 4 cavities after my previous dentist had seen me < 6 months prior. Pushed me to get them fixed asap. After getting 2 fixed on one side and starting to regret my haste, I decided to visit my old dentist to get a second opinion. Not only could he not find the supposed remaining 2 cavities, he found no evidence of the existence of decay for the two that were "fixed." $400+ in unnecessary expenses. Could have been $400 more.

When deciding between braces or invisalign, they pushed us to sign up for invisalign after assuring us that at least some portion would surely be covered under orthodontia without bothering to actually check with our insurance in advance to confirm coverage. Found out 6 months after treatments began that reimbursements had been bouncing (only after I called my insurance company to look into it), another 3 months for them to start billing the right account (they were billing an old one despite me having given the correct info at the beginning of treatment), and a year to discover that the treatment was not covered at all (but braces are). Kudos to Sue to trying her best to trace information throughout the whole mess, though since she had no direct ability to track the billing and discuss with insurance (it's managed out of Texas apparently) it severely limited what she could do in any reasonable timeframe. So that's 5.5k out of pocket for me. Oh, and since so much time had elapsed since the initial signup, no longer eligible for no-insurance cash discount (turns out the amount I supposedly received toward the invisalign was actually just reimbursement for my "cavity" & other preventative procedures).

Primary dentist has changed 3x in the year we were with Bright Now and each have recommended different courses of treatment with regards to the invisalign. The latest being that they can't actually fully address everything they said they would when they began treatment.

On the more mundane front, Bright Now has canceled our appointments twice THE DAY OF, the most recent being today (final followup for Invisalign - only still here for this because we're stuck out of pocket anyway). They've also scheduled my appointments in the wrong year. If you arrive on time, expect to wait in the waiting room another 20-40 min before you are actually seen. I've lost track of how much time I've wasted between these cancellations, following up on Bright Now's billing, and pursuing billing issues directly with insurance. I have since switched my Dental plan (only changed to cover adult ortho in the first place) to return to my original dentist and could not be more relieved after the worst year of fleecing I've ever experienced. Just thought others should be aware of what they are getting into.

Describing my experience as unprofessional is putting it graciously.

All of the staff were polite, however when I made my appointment they told me they could do sedation. When it came time for my procedure NONE of their offices actually have the ability to use sedation. I feel like they were just trying to get me in the door to get my money.

Today was A Day of Giving, sponsored by Smiles for Everyone. I'm so glad I went! Dr. Rivera was wonderful! I didn't feel a thing.
This is a great gift to the community. Alot of us can't afford to go to the dentist. Thank You BRIGHT NOW & SMILES FOR EVERYONE! I APPRECIATE YOUR HELP! WHAT A BLESSING! GOD BLESS YOU ALL!

It was a very nice experience!! The costumer service was outstanding. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable specially Miss Brisy at the front desk. She went above and beyond .Setting up follow up appointments and explaining different payment options was a breeze. Will recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent service.

Isma was absolutely a life saver, I came in without an appointment as I was out of town and she was able to provide the best customer service and I couldn’t have been more grateful! Thanks so much.

I use to like coming here however I am convinced they are only out to get as much money from your insurance as possible. They billed my insurance for everything, for the full work they did to me, even though I did pay for half of it out of my own pocket. Talk about fraudulent. I now come home today to a small bill which shouldve been shown to me last time I was there. I always ask if theres anything for me to pay (always double check what youre paying for though!). On a side note, they told me I "needed" a lot of work done and they tried to convince me to schedule appointments.Turns out I dont need any but ONE of the things they did mention, according to another dentist. Goodbye to this place!

There are a lot of doctors out there that you can’t trust. However, Dr. Mora-Rosa is the only dentist I trust in my mouth as well as my family’s and friends. He is exceptional!!!
