I've been coming here for quite some time. My son got braces here and they were wonderful with him. I had to get dentures and after a few hiccups 😒 the end result was good. Now I need new dentures, unfortunately I'm not eligible until August. They were very informative and empathetic. If you need dental care, this is the place to go!

The ortho is great for the most part. Today I had went in and they told me I couldn’t go back because of what needed to be owed. But however, when a payment was paid yesterday they only told me so much was left to pay the next day. They lied in my face and told me I owe way more than I needed to but never explained that in the call last night. They didn’t take me back today because of the money situation. So I called later that day for them tel tell me that I can’t get my braces off. But today is the appointment that I was supposed to get my braces off. They keep telling me 2 different balances which they can’t make up their mind. I was told that I was supposed to owe x amount of money today which I was willing to do but they lied about the balance. I am so frustrated with them and I would just like to get my braces off. It should never be this hard to help out a customer and confuse them. I am beyond baffled on the way they treated me today.

What wonderful people! Professional but kind and caring. I was terrified of dentists but needed help with a broken partial. I got a same-day appointment I didn't wait maybe 15 minutes? And was seen immediately. Very helpful, put me at ease immediately, and fixed the problem!

I had a great experience. The dentist was most kind and competent. They got me in and out very quickly. I was surprised how easy a visit to the dentist could be.

The doctor was very agreeable when I asked him to hold off pulling my tooth for another month.He gave me a temporary filling and said if I need it removed sooner to come on in.I have to give him 5 stars and an A+ for the way that I am always treated when I visit there.

From the front desk staff, to the dental staff, everyone was awesome! Everyone is so friendly and professional, I will tell everyone I can think of how great you all are! I go back again in a few weeks to get my partials! Last but not least, Dr Narra is amazing! Very patient and calming, he has taken away ALL my fears that I had in the past of dentist. And I'm talking about 30+ years of fear! Thank you again Familia Dental for being the number one dentist office in Springfield in my book!!!

This office has the most rudest staff including the manager. The way the office staff treated my daughter now for the second time is unacceptable, and this time we have a recording to prove it! I will be forwarding it to the corporate office as well as blasting it all over social media! How this office is still open and operating is beyond me. Besides the rude staff, appointments are far and few in between, it takes forever to schedule an appointment, and when using the text option they never call you back. We decided personally to spend our money for braces at Brinley Orthodontics, which I may add is an hour away from Springfield, IL, but definitely worth it as far as service, and appointment availability. If you are looking for orthodontic care I would highly suggest Brinley! As for dental care I would suggest anywhere else rather than Familia!

If I could give a zero star I would!!! I've been trying to get my dentures for six months. Each time I had to wait months to get back in for another step of making them. Then the past three weeks been told they are ready to come in, and each time I do my dentist is out of office. Came in last week got told she wouldn't be back in until the 30th so came back in today now I'm being told the 3rd or 4th!!!!! I'm done trying to get them here I'm going to One day denture where at least I know I'll get them!!!!

Went in to the office today to set an appointment to have a couple of teeth pulled and I was met by two of the most amazingly helpful young ladies. Taneice and Bailey worked together in harmony to help me get my appointment set around my hectic work schedule and got me set for a not to far off date which I truly appreciate. If the Dentist are anything like these two young I feel that I should be in great hands.
