I would give this office no stars. I have been waiting since February for dentures, and they keep giving me excuses, it took them months to get the insurance authorization correct, then failed to call me when it was in, then my dentist left in that time and they had to refile with the insurance. Anytime you ask the manager Pat a question she says your being "disrespectful" and refuses to answer them. Claims they call and leave messages and I have no missed calls from them. Makes appointments and does not tell you so it looks like you missed appointments.Then claims they left messages with "a guy" who answered my phone. Im single and no "guy" answers my phone. Almost half a year later I still have no dentures, I was told they would rush them and "skip steps" I had to go above the manager and speak to Susan who threatened to cancel the dentures all together. Very frustrated! The receptionist yelled out my diagnosis in the lobby and told me I was rude, refused to make an appointment for when she was told to. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE IF YOU EXPECT ANY KIND OF CARE AT ALL!!!!!!

I had a good experience here Neisha was a very great helper she made sure I understood everything & is very kid friendly need more ppl like her in public fields that work with customers

Miss Pat and Deneisha had outstanding service...they went over and beyond in a minutes notice for me...great service and valued customer

I went about a year or so ago to have my top teeth pulled with Fatima...worst day of my life! I went in on 11/7/20 and was terrified, just kept remembering the top teeth being pulled, we were on the bottom now. I saw Elaine Goncalves yesterday. I got there and went right back and got started. She addressed my blood pressure being high and asked "are you nervous"? I said "a lot nervous", my whole body was shaking. She put the pink swabs in my mouth for a few minutes then started shots! She was awesome!! It felt like we had just started and she said " ok three are gone"! I was so impressed with her and she did this so painlessly, I will recommend her to anyone...NO JOKE! THANK YOU for restoring my faith in dentists! Please keep her, I am not even in bad pain the following day, she is awesome and good with her patients, she talks to you and makes sure you are comfortablable!! Thank you !!

Friendly helpful staff. Got me an emergency appointment with no hassle. I would definitely come back. Clean environment as well. Kim was very helpful.

Dr Taj and her staff were super friendly and made me feel relaxed and safe in their hands. Best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist office! I’m terrified of them because I’ve had so many bad experiences, but this time I finally felt they personally cared and took the time to explain everything to me and gently cared for me. Thank you so much to all the staff and especially Dr Taj ❤️

Completely unprofessional! I set up doctors appointments for me and my 2 children
1) The young man I worked with was short and had attitude the doctor left mid treatment and the young man insinuated that I didn’t want to reschedule my appointment because it was my birthday
2) they have very poor communication again the young man assumed I heard him or understood that he was speaking to me because he randomly spoke very low at that and while his back was turned to me and mine to him
3) there did not seem to be any regulations in order for covid the back room was crowded my kids had to sit on the floor in the crowded hallway while I got my x-ray done

Completely upset and I unsatisfied with my treat would not recommend to anyone !!!!

I've been terrified for months to get my bottom back teeth pulled, and in pain every couple of weeks from horrible infections and swelling from my wisdom teeth. I was so scared to have them removed, 3 dentists have told me no because I have book roots and said I would need an oral surgeon, but Doctor Elaine took me on. She made sure I was comfortable and not in any pain. She was so patient and kind to me because I was so scared. She got every tooth that I desperately needed out and I felt no pain even the days after. I will definitely be back and ask for her and I highly reccomend her to anyone especially if you're scared. Thank yi ou so much!!!
