I’ve always been not a fan of the dentist. The ladies at Familia dental have completely Changed this for me and I’m forever greatful to them. Not like any dentist office I’ve ever been to! When you walk in your treated like family and they all have a special relationship that once you go you’ll never want to go to another place. They’re truly amazing people that care! Thanks ladies and gentlemen for all your help I now have my confidence back and look forward to coming to see you again!!! Stay amazing!!

I had a tooth pulled today. I never felt anything. I’ve been here several times. People are friendly and caring. I’ve had fillings put in. And this is the only place I will come for all my dental needs. Always pain free. They do good work

09/19/2020 we came in here today for my daughter braces and there are 2 used bowls for impressions sitting on the counter. Impression gunk all over the cabinet doors, floor and chair. Staff unfriendly in the back!!!! Not sanitary at all!!!!
2019 visit This is our second time here an both times we have had an appointment. Today was at 230 and we are still waiting. At 315 we overheard them saying they are still working on the 130 appointments. This place truly needs to learn how to stay on track with appointments or not schedule so many people it is ridiculous!! We are told to be here at a certain time and if we are not here we are turned away. Maybe they should give credit to accounts when patients have to wait so long!!

If I could give 0 or negative starts I would.
Front staff / receptionists are extremely rude. The office is always late. ALWAYS. Even if you're first appointment of the day. 60 minute delay at a minimum. Today was 2 hours. Allegedly walkins don't bump appointments yet they manage to always be insanely late. Horrible service.
The doctor doesn't even talk to me to update me on my treatment. I had to ask the nurse what the heck we were doing. Doctor never says a word to me

I've been going her for years with my kids and many foster kids. The new orthodontist was so rude and unable to explain anything to me today I was baffled. If a patient asks a question you should be able to answer it. Not act unprofessional and refuse to answer.

Terrible place. The staff is extremely rude and the past few times I have gone there it has been at least an hour wait when we had an appointment. Even if you are lucky and get a shorter wait time, you still have to wait hours during your actual appointment.
One time one of the dentists brought their son to work and let him just run around the place. The security guard literally just stood there and let him bully the other kids in the waiting room.
Another time, we were waiting in the back for the dentist to show up and they started turning off the lights and getting ready to close the place. I guess they forgot they had a patient.
Another time I walked in for my examination and there was literally a piece of used medical equipment sitting on the dirty floor.
As said beforehand, terrible and very ghetto. The only reason I go here is because my family goes here because of something to do with insurance and even they hate it.
The last time I came here it was because I had to submit a dental form for high school. I got there with my mom and guess what, they are closed due to covid-19, but somehow we scheduled an appointment when they knew they would be closed and they didn't bother to tell us.
Edit: I am now going to a different place and I am glad to say I left this awful place.
2nd Edit: and I guess they replied with contact information if I want to be further assisted by them. Did they not read where I said I am no longer going here? Why would I need help from a place that I don't go to anymore?
