They make you sit for hours and half the time have messed up my apartment. They dont do good work. DO NOT COME HERE. I have hated the experience everytime I come here, it ruins my day. I have came here for over two years because my family insisted on this place, and not one time had a good experience.

I will never come back there. They wont wait til your mouth is numb enough to drill cavities out. I was crying in pain and screamed a couple times. They gave me more numbing shots but never waited for them to take affect.

I do NOT reccomend this place!! I saw Dr. Fatima last week (March 20) and was given a referral for an oral surgeon for a wisdom teeth removal. I scheduled a consult with the oral surgeon for tomorrow, March 28, and I need to have my X-rays sent to the oral surgeon. I have called Familia Dental several times since my appointment and asked to have my X-rays sent to the oral surgeon. Each time, I am told that they will send the X-rays but they have not. I have now had to reschedule my consult tomorrow because I have to pick up a physical copy of my X-rays because Familia simply will not send it, but Springfield is over 70 miles from my home and I am unable to make that drive today. Famila Dental seems to be unprofessional and does not care about their patients. I have been waiting a very long time to have my wisdom teeth removed and I have to wait even longer now because I am having so much trouble with this dental clinic. I highly suggest looking elsewhere for a quality dentist!

I was 17 and I had a dentist that was absolutely horrible she drilled my tooth and left it open told me to go home because I flinched once!!!! she said that she couldn't work with me and she had a bad attitude! she told me to leave and find another dentist and I couldn't come back, now I don't know if she just had a bad day or what but it was totally unprofessional of her! she works at noll medical povilian dentistry currently. so I left my tooth hollow for five years scared to death to go to the dentist because I could only eat on my right side of my mouth, I was afraid if I had another dentist work on my tooth that I wouldn't be able to eat at all.... then it started hurting recently so I had no choice but to face my worst fear "the dentist" so I went to familia dental and I got a really good doctor she understands that I have complications with another dentist and she works with me with no frustration and 100% understanding I am glad to say I will never be changing doctors

I went to your Springfield Illinois location and I'm not very pleased. I had some problems with my top teeth. They took an x-ray and started to pull my teeth. They was supposed to pull them all. I still have 3 teeth in the top after they started pull they then tell me they can't pull the other's. Now I'm stuck trying to eat and everytime I think about this it passes me off. I had all my teeth pulled and have tried contacting them for 7 days and no one will return my calls nor will the main office for familia return them Very unprofessional of them to leave a patient hanging

This place is horrible, I have been here twice in one week, and no one has said hi can I help you, they make you wait forever, the doctor didn't even say hi and I was there for my 6 year old who was afraid to be there. This is not a friendly family place they claim. I sat in a room with the doctor that didn't even acknowledge me or my son until she needed me to sign something and she said can you sign here. No please or nothing. I will not be back. Horrible.
