Megan is one of the best there she is literally the GREATEST OF ALL TIME! She helped me out when I didn’t have the funds for certain things and worked with me completely and efficiently

Over an hour wait because they were making my technician do cleanings before seeing me. Very polite and friendly staff though.

I went in to see about getting braces. I was then told to wait 4-5 weeks to see if I got approved by my insurance. A month later (which is today) I call to see when will I know or not if I was approved and I was told that they forgot to take pictures of my teeth and that I would have to come back February 12, which is over a month from now, JUST to take pictures, and then I'll have to wait another 4-5 weeks for them to actually process all the information to see if I will be approved. I understand they're busy all the time but forgetting to do your job is not acceptable. And also if it weren't for me calling and asking them, they probably would've never called me to tell me I needed to come back in to get pictures.

My doctor was so patient, explained everything to me so I knew my options.
Front desk was so kind and understanding. Also scheduled one of
my children an ortho appointment with a nice young lady named Raven. While I was in the office she even helped a young man with a medicaid issue he was having. Super helpful staff. I will be returning with my family.

very disappointed with your company!! your dentist so called fixed my daughters teeth then she had to have all of the teeth re-done while under sedation now your company is denying the refund even after have medical proof of the wrong doing!!! I would never take my children to your office again. I have been calling your patient care department since April of this year, never once have any of your staff called me back to inform me of my daughters case. I would never recommend anyone go to them, after holding my daughter down to fix her teeth and not even clearing the decay, she ended up losing her permanent teeth at age 8. and you don't feel you done anything wrong???? your company is a joke. a indoor playroom has everyone fooled into thinking your a great place for kids, your company is a joke!!!!!!!!!!!! I have contacted my insurance and I will be contacting a lawyer to fight for my daughter. thank fully I found her a great dentist who has been able to take care of all her health care needs. I hope your dentist don't ever get away with doing this to another child! my daughter will never be able to go to a dentist with out being scared to death of what they will do to her and what will become of it after her experiences with familia dental!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This place is just awful. Ive never had such pain from a tooth extraction. I kept telling them I could feel it and they kept going and going. Went to secure dental for the rest. Has been smooth sailing since. Never will I go back here.

My girlfriend recently had her teeth extracted here (she's terrified of dentists anyway) but her experience was far worse than horrific! The dentist said she would be gentle with her...NOT! She was so incredibly rough with her mouth at some points I thought for sure the dentist might break her jaw! The dentist completely destroyed a couple of sockets being so rough and her recovery has been EXTREMELY painful. Not to mention the appointment was at 10am she wasnt taken back until 11:45 and the dentist was finishing other patients while occasionally attending to her. Would not recommend this place to our worst enemy!

We have been to this place several times. Never have they taken us back on time. They have taken patients back with later appointment time then ours. We had heard good things about this facility however once our contract is done we will not be coming back. Very disappointed.

They have taken great care of me! Had to get all my uppers replaced. Less wait than the VA hospitals. Min Young is a great Dentist. The dentist assistants and staff are great! If you don't make appointments you will have a wait because of walk-in patients.

Very bad experience. They seem to make folk(particularly minorities who don't live out there ) pay for there procedures instead of using their given medical care to do so. They lied to me (i believe on the phone telling me that a doctor denied my lady paredontal maintenance treatment when they/she/or he should of sent an arthurazation code to her healthcare provider.) insteat they dont do it(how I know, because the healthcare provider said that they havent recieved anything from them for her in six months.) Its a bunch of confusion. Instead of the lady who answered the phone talk resonably and check on things better she got an attitude with me. I hate this place.
