Waited over an hour to have my childrens teeth cleaned. This facility is a joke. The staff walk around on their cell phones and just stand around not doing anything while there are 8 people in the waiting room all of them had appointment times as well. Does not deserve even 1 star

I went in to get a tooth extraction last Thursday was so scared I was having a panic attack, the dentist and nurse did everything in there power to calm me down and make me feel very comfortable I felt better then today I went in because I had a dry socket they treated me very very well and we're very concerned at famila dental not only do they take care of you but they care about you as well I think they are like family and with that said I will continue to go there thanks familia !👪

This place was under staff, I had to wait so long after my mouth was numb to get my tooth pulled only to get it half done. Optim Dental is no better. If you got government insurance you doomed.

My pregnant girlfriend (31weeks) and i got here for my appointment @1030. Been in the room for 45 minutes now and they havent said a Word and yet my pregnant girlfriend is still standing and hasnt been offered a chair. So disrespectfull .

Familia Dental does NOT respect appointments. The service is terrible. As soon as I arrived to check in for my appointment, the lady at the desk just gave me attitude and was careless and sluggish. It appeared like they hated their job. It is an unorganized dental practice.
