Worst place ever for ortho not friendly wait over hour every time to be seen close office make u drive 40 minutes from home n the entire dental office is closed or make u drive there to tell u they need to reschedule appointment daughters brackets n wires r busted cause been five months since seen due to appointment changes no orthodontist or so fourth but want there money for services u aren’t receiving tell u one price go to office to pay 300 dollars more n then say debracket my kids they tell u 800 dollars what is wrong w this place n they didn’t bill my insurance correctly so now I’m responsible for that amount they say also

Unfortunately my daughter has to come here to have her braces done because of her insurance. This place is unprofessional, inconsistent, and dirty. Almost every appointment takes 2-3 hours just for an adjustment. If you have other options for orthodontics please take them and don’t come here. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

I went their and had a dentist that barely spoke English, and she seemed nervous and didnt seem she knew what she was doing.... she seemed scared, and asked me why i didnt go to saint johns dental instead of coming here, and then she said that my tooth is infected and that extracting it could still not numb the pain, and that i didnt eat enough, and then said for me to calm down, when i was already calm, but just in severe pain... they dont know how to treat patients with emergency pain... if your in severe pain they wont help you, and tell u to go to E.R., knowing the E.R. doesnt do teeth lol!

Never go here, waited close to three hours just to receive x-rays and an Indian dentist to sit down for one minute and "clean my teeth". Hit everything except my teeth and made my mouth bleed profusely. (Waited 3 hours in a nearly empty lobby.)
