Whoever runs this place should be embarrassed. Have taken my daughter here 2 times and waited over an hr past her actual appt time with no explanation. This is the dirtiest dentist office I have ever entered. Really hope someone reviews the public’s opinion and makes changes. Literally speechless with how this establishment is still in business.

My experience with this place was awful! Walked back after waiting forever it seemed then she put that pink stuff which is suppose to deaden you well she rolled it on no waiting time and just started giving shots! (Ok my experience has been they put that pink stuff on then let it sit for a bit to knumb you up) her exact words were oh it doesn't work anyway. Why didn't I stop her then???? So painfully we got through shots. As she started to extraxt I told her I can feel it she got upset with me but put more in my jaw. As we went along she broke off three of my teeth leaving two partials and one whole at the gum line!!! No jokes wish I was! She didn't care that I could feel what she was doing and she kept getting mad at me because she was jamming the needle into mouth and it was shooting right back on my tongue! I wish I could remember the nurses name because she was so nice and she was telling the Dr what she was doing that she didn't like!! I thank you for that. I didn't even want to give her a star, but this site made me before it let's ya posts!

The most incompetent dentists in Springfield..please dont trust them to make your dentures right. They made my upper denture way too big and it didnt for at all. Refused to remake. Filing complaint to Attorney general's office and may have to sue in court. My teeth were medically necessary due to swallowing problems. NASTY HORRIBLE DENTIST THAT RUNS IT !!!

Dr. Jaz is really nice, he always has something positive to say. He always clarifies any questions that I have about my braces. He is very patient and always compliments on how much he enjoys working on my teeth. He a great doctor and I recommend him to anyone who is looking to have a great dentist! Familia dental As a whole is a very welcoming environment.

This place wasnt helpful at all. They dentist didnt speak English at all
They acted like they didnt have the time to help my child. They gave me a referral to get my sons teeth fix. Then when I called the number on the referral. I was told there's nothing they can do for us. And they dont know why they had me call the number on the referral. So when I called this off back. I was put on hold. For an entire hr. So I wont be going back. The receptionists were very nice. But that's not enough for me to go back.

WORST DENTIST EVER!! I was sitting in the lobby in dying pain and they would not call me. I had a 9am appt. and the woman was VERY rude. Don't go there you better off going to the emergency room. My throat is closing up and they just sitting there!!

Worst dental place I have ever been to. They are rude and was to get teeth cleaned all they did wash use high pressure ice cold water. Needed a extraction barely numbed it up then claimed they numbed it up more but didnt. Rough very rough on the extraction. My whole left side of my face is in pain.. No regard for the patient

I swear this has got to be the SLOWEST staff ever. The first time I scheduled I told them I needed an orthodontist for my son. Why did they schedule him for a cleaning? Waste of time. Then he had to get a new retainer. He had to come back a SECOND time because they messed up. I can't take off work everytime you screw up. Now I have to find a time when they're open (which seems like never) to pick it up....DO BETTER!

I had second thoughts about coming here because I had heard some bad things about this place give it a try I must say yourself This place was a lifesaver usually when you see a Medicaid office you are treated as such I did not feel that way I the staff was so kind and friendly I will definitely be back
