I messaged you earlier. My mother is the client. Kristin Trask. She uses my old phone so it registers to Cassie. This is Kristin Trask now messaging you regarding very bad service and policy. You need to refund my one and only visit. Medicare Medicaid paid you. I paid up front. I never received refund after numerous times. I'm amending seven years of taxes regarding medical expenses. You are double dipping. Please contact Bridgett in Schaumburg, illinois. She handled my call and vaguely said it'll take a few more channels of staff to look into. My suggestion is this needs addressed as social security will contact you. You were paid years ago.

i was so impressed with the cleanliness of the place. they were verry clean and disinfecting everything before and after use. the staff were very nice and treated my kids very well. also took the time to answer any and all of my questions that i had and made sure we were comfortable. i will definately be going back for my revisits. thank u so much for a job well done

I am a 61-year old Chicken Little when it comes to going to a dentist. Had terrible dentists growing up. I went today for my annual cleaning and x-rays. After having the lead apron put on for my x-rays, I noticed a calming effect on me. I asked and was given permission to leave it on during my cleaning. I only had to stop her two times during the cleaning, and she immediately stopped and gave me time to relax. What a WONDERFUL experience it was to go to a dentist and not have to be so afraid. I will definitely be back.

My experience was awesome got dentures and didn't have to go back for a fitting the were perfect from the start my wife just went there and the service was top notch told us everything from the cheapest to most expensive and let us
choose the routewee want to take even if it did make sense just a great place to go all around

This was our second time at familia dental, the first time about 2 weeks ago, they not only ran behind an hour , but they would stop working on my child to go work on other children, i was very aggravated , and then when he did return to finish my daughter, she cried out during the procedure and he called her a whiner and told her to stop crying, so i changed doctors for our second visit .
Familia Dental called me last Friday to confirm our Appointment on Monday ( today) and when she called she had the wrong appointment times, I had 2 sons i wanted to have appointments at the same time, with different doctors , so they would miss less school since we live an hour away and we had to work, so she said she will change the 1pm appointment to 11am with the other son, I thanked her and we hung up
Monday , we get there at 1045 , waited
waited
waited, AT NOON my youngest started getting worked on, at 1230 I was asking why they haven't started the second son, i am running out of time, come to find out , THEY NEVER SWITCHED HIS appointment and had him down for a root canal ,

((, NO they gave me a 11 am appointment for an EXTRACTION.((
so now we are sitting again.. waiting.. the doctor went to LUNCH so from 12;30 to 1:30 we sat and waited again, while waiting another woman and her son where asking why they are still waiting,, come to find out, they didn't schedule her SON for His extraction, they instead scheduled his sister ( who doesn't need and extraction) They were very upset and the staff was just as nonchalant with her as they were me.
as we watched the doctor walk up the parking lot with her fountain drink we got a little excited to think hey , we may be next,, and 20 minutes later we got to go back, . I will NEVER go back, EVER.

I went into the office for a sore tooth. Not only did Dr Hassan pull my tooth, she did all of my fillings as well all in the same day. Her assistants were very comforting and professional. i would recommend everyone to visit this place for dental care.

Very professional but comfortable. Unlike Logan county health dept dental. I'll be reyurning and their walk in clinic is amazing. Short wait time!!! I walkesnin and they had me backbin 12 minutes!

I'm usually close to terrified going to the dentist thanks to dentists in the pasts and all the lectures fron the hygenists, but the All of the staff from the Receptionsists all the way up to the Dentist were great. I was treated with respect and when there was the slightest bit of pain, they stopped, numbed a little more then continued. No Lectures, No Pain. This was a couple years ago when I was looking for a dentist and was unable to find one that would take my insurace. They also notify by mail, when it is time for a check up, then follow it up by a phone call, they really care about the health of your teeth. I plan on going back this week for a check up.

My names Cassandra I honestly was very scared of getting my tooth extracted today and they did everything they could to make me comfortable and calm as possible I love them I'm coming back for the rest that needs to be taken care of thank you!

Horrible place to get teeth pulled. Went in to get a broken tooth extracted and first off when got xray done they had a dental student do it without even telling me she was a student and she didnt know what she was doing! Most painful tooth xray of my life! Then the dentist who came in couldnt see where the tooth was broken even though the entire inside part of the tooth (part facing my tongue) was completly gone exposing my filling i have! Then when extracting the tooth it took forever for her to loosen the tooth and to get it out! Little lady had to put all her strength into it to where it felt like she was going to fracture my jaw!!! And on top of all that the actual dental assistant that was helping the dentist was more concerned with what was on the TV than what was going on in my mouth to the point the dentist was yelling at her to take the suction out.. Never going back!
