This is the slowest office ive ever been to. The staff is unprofessional, and rude. I waited for over an hour, just to be called up to the desk. They called back the wrong patients twice. Probably wont be back .

Today was my first trip here and if they all go this smooth, I see no problems! They are very prompt, I was called in almost immediately. The receptionist was very well dressed, very neat and gave me a very good impression of this office. Which I must say, I was not let down. Everyone was respectful, prompt, courteous and the office was extremely clean, which is saying a lot during COVID. I am going for dentures and cannot wait for my next appointment, I’m sure it will go just as nicely!! Thank you

The staff is always polite. The office manager is a one-of-a-kind asset to their team! They always get me in even, if I don’t have an appointment. I might have to wait a little bit but they always take care of me! I appreciate all of them would definitely recommend!

Plan on waiting at least an hour past your appointment time. No appointment reminder calls and months out appointments. Additionally they bill your insurance for appointments that you didn’t actually have which result in you paying deductible sooner. If you get braces they won’t bill you till the end and tell you it’s $2000 to get them taken off and if you don’t pay it that day you can’t get them off so be mindful of that and make sure you have the money at the end when they decide to charge you. Front desk staff are super nice about it I’m guessing they don’t have any control over the 2-3 hour wait time despite having an appointment because the clinic takes walk ins and allows walk ins to be prioritized over appointments.

Tre was very helpful during my visit he is handsome, very funny and has a great smile. The ladies in the front are so sweet ebony ms. Pat and Kim were very nice getting me checked in. I will be using this office as my primary dentist office from now.

These people were eating behind front desk, and talking about stuff that isn’t professional for work….. our appointment was at 2:00pm and we’re still sitting here at 2:15, they all got back from lunch at 2:00, pm and they are still eating and talking an not working

I was terrified to go to the dentist but they made me feel calm and did a great job! I will definitely go back and will recommend them to others!

Not very impressed with the way they treated my wife. Pulled all her teeth then 9 months later couldn't fit her dentures as promised. Then makes the statement sorry there is nothing more that they can do. A couple times they canceled her appointments after her drive to the Dr office they let her sit for 45 minutes after checking in thT the doctor was not in. I do not recommend this office.
