The ladies at the front desk were extremely helpful and polite. Excellent service from the moment I walked in until I left. My dentist and her assistant were very knowledgeable and gentle. Didn't feel a thing!! They did a wonderful job! 5/5 recommend! Great staff, very quick, and excellent work.! Thank you Familia Dental!

2 years ago, I entered into a payment plan for my daughters braces! I was under the impression that I made payments at the time of appointments. FOR 2 YEARS, every single time we went in, THE DESK ASKED FOR THE SAME AMOUNT!! So, we go in, per usual for our appointment with the amount I normally pay! Now, 2yrs later, they tell me I’ve missed payments and that I owe 1000 DOLLARS!!! before any more work can be done! No one EVER SAID you must pay this every month! I was under the impression that I pay at the time of appointment. And apparently, that’s what the offices impression was also, because that’s all they asked for!! I attempted to renegotiate the contact and start making monthly payments, but they insisted I pay at least half (500) before we could even do that! They’re not accepting any responsibility for the miscommunication. It’s falling completely on the customer. She said, “I said sorry”.. I asked for an appointment to have the braces removed and was told it would be 2.5 MONTHS before an appointment would be available!! I have never in my life dealt with such unprofessionalism!!
They did a good job concerning her braces. I really hate that they turned out be unprofessional and very ghetto! Looking for someone to take her braces off and start over with a more professional dental office.

Waited 22 minutes just to be told they wouldn’t see me that day and had to come back. This was after waiting 10 minutes to check in because the receptionist was busy playing on her cell phone to assist me. Safe to say, I won’t be back ever to this place. Horrible experience.
