I was seen sept 19-2019 at familia here in springfield il they did a great job with more respect than most denist.Dr.Fatima and Mrs.pat and ABBY where great.i had to go in for hip replacement and I seen them and they sat down and told me that I had infection so they to pull 3 teeth I almost walked out but I think it was abby sat down and told me u have to have it done so I respect her a lot.thank you

The Springfield office is very poorly run. The office staff are unprofessional in appearance as well as attitude. The office is untidy and the wait times are on average one to two hours. I will not be scheduling another appointment here.

Everytime time I come to familia the people are polite and respectful and I got a tooth pulled and it was pain free I didn’t even know she had pulled it out I will be giving referrals to people I know thank you familia

STAY AWAY !!! This place has no idea how to keep an appointment the lack of respect for an individuals time is down right terrible this place should be penalized for its lack of concern they left tooth fragments in my wife's gums it happens I understand but 2 follow ups later (had to reschedule due to lack of time) and here I sit in this waiting room and its now 50 minutes past the appointment time I took time off work to be here .Taking advantage of someone's inability to afford to go to a better dentist is just wrong and unfair the audacity of this place they have a sign in lobby refer a friend I wouldn't send an enemy to this place.

Had to wait forever and they tried to get 900 extra dollars out of me for a deep cleaning I didn't need would never recommend they also don't treat patients to kindly.
