My experience was wonderful. Staff was all polite and professional. I was upfront about my years of avoiding the dentist. I was very nervous and they thoroughly explained everything they were doing. Dental anxiety already sucks so having a great staff is very important for patients to feel comfortable. I highly recommend, I scheduled to be back.

SAVE YOUR SELF THE TROUBLE AND FIND ANOTHER OFFICE. Called and setup an appointment a month in advance. Fill out patient registration forms. Confirm appointment by text message. All done. Getting ready to walk out door day of appointment and they send me a text message that they cancelled appointment, 30 minutes before appointment time. Called to see why. Call center couldn't get ahold of office. Call center only wanted to try once. Call center tried again and gave up. WHAT A HORRIBLE COMPANY. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL

Familia Dental seems like a good work atmosphere! I have heard a lot of good things. Especially about Ms.Pat who is not only a Boss, but also takes time to listen to here employees. I think it is very important for employees to get along in a work environment. That shows the patients that it is a Professional organization and in turn gives a good repor with Doctor/Patient. This place use to be the best for 8 years I been bringing my kids here for there braces and ortho care. And now this place is a joke. An hour in the waiting room ,just to come back and watch the younger girls flirt with there clintes and running around doing absolutely nothing at all ,just standing there talking with eachother. My son needed to be back at school by 1pm we been here since noon ,its now 1:44 😒 not happy about this situation at all!
