Do not go here! I paid cash for a cleaning $45 and all they did was basically pressure wash my mouth with water. Literally was it. Told me I had two cavities, ok. They filled one and scheduled me to go back for my second filling a month later. Also, had a second opinion done, less than a week after this appointment, turns out I have two other cavities and a pit that I guess they simply just didn't catch?? Please, DO NOT GO HERE. I will not be back.

My appointment was at 12:30. It is now 2:30 and I'm still waiting!!! Apparently, this is common practice here. I sat next to a woman that said it was a 4 hour wait for her last time!! The staff are friendly, however they need to learn to be more punctual.

Had my daughter there today. The dentist was very rude to her. My daughter was shot in the mouth at least twenty times. When the dentist was shotting the roof of her mouth my daughter started to shake and started crying. The dentist told to be still and stop crying. When I told her she didn't have a very good bedside manner. The dentist refused to fill her cavities. Not very professional in my book. Will never go back.

I went to Familia Dental for my then 2 year old daughter and they did a fill on her 4 front teeth they shaved them down and slapped the fill glue on them and because she was crying they didn’t want to secure it right. The fill cane off the same day and now her teeth are waaaaay worse than what it was before. I called them and all they said is they wouldn’t know what the cause of the fill coming out was. I would recommend no one bring their child to familia. The Springfield IL office is terrible and ghetto. If I could give no stars I would they deserve negative stars.

They take a while to attent u when they already gave u the time of your appointment. They don't ask if you have been attended or gotten what u whent for we whent from 12:30 pm to 2:15 pm. I hope the workers and staff actualy do your job pls and thank u.

This place is ridiculous the first I tried to take my son there waited for over an hour. Then kept calling everyone else back and canceled my sons appointment. I don’t even know why this place is even open anymore.

Drove 2 hrs for a root canal in which my dentist sent me with ex rays. Sat for an hour and a half in the chair. They didn't know what I was there for. Then they took x-rays and hit me in the head with the machine and didn't even apologise. I was finally told that I'd need to come back in a month for a root canal, cap, and a fill. Well it's Saturday at 345pm, the week to do my work, just got a call stating that I got scheduled with the wrong doctor!!! And I asked why. Said she didn't know. So I asked when, and she said the middle of next month, over a month away, meanwhile I'm in a lot of pain. I will NEVER go back and I wouldn't want anyone else to either!!! They are a Terrible place.
