On October 3, 2016 was my first visit there. Wow.... They already booked me appointment on today (Oct 4 2016). They took my teeth pictures and get a model of my teeth, so they can sent my pictures and model to my insurance. To see if my insurance would cover my braces. Which I have to wait until around 4-6 weeks... Let's hope that I will get braces!

Awesome Job!!!!!!! Both of my girls go there for their teeth. My oldest had to have braces and they helped out with everything. Excellent customer service, excellent work, very nice helpful staff. I've never had a problem with them. I send other families to them for service.

This was the worst dental place I have ever been to. The dentist was uninformed and did a very poor and sloppy job. I had a cavity filled and later that day it feel out. Other fillings were done very poorly. The dentist even cracked a few teeth and didn't fix them. I now know where C- and D+ dental students go to work. Id stay away from there if I were you.

I left work to meet my granddaughter for her dental appointment at 11 and she didn't get called until 11:45. She is still back there at 12:30. I am supposed to back to work by now. The schedulers need to take a class or learn how to NOT over schedule patients. A "Professional Development" class at LLCC would be helpful also.

This place is a nightmare. My daughter lost her retainer. We went there to get a new one. Paid 150 dollars for the new one. Waited for the retainer to come in. I was texted, called, and emailed about her appointment. We showed up, waited for an hour and 10 minutes in the waiting room, were called back to be told the retainer wasn’t in. We waited over a month for this retainer in the first place and they had no idea when the retainer would be in. This is the most mismanaged place I’ve ever seen! Terrible!

Horrible place. Do NOT go here unless you have a medical card and can't find any where else!!! I pay out of pocket for Orthodontist always a long wait (a hour or some times more) and thats with a appointment. We have been going to Orthodontist here for a year and soon as these are off we will NEVER step back into a Familia Dental! I had to call corporate just to get a appointment for adjustments because my son has broken brackets and they couldnt get him in till end of July and couldnt schdule cause they dont schdule that far out so we are here noe and have been waiting 45 mins 😤😤😤

Consistently moving appointments with out informing me. Lost my son's retainer. It has been a month now. Always a long wait time even though we arrive early. To bad no other orthodontists in the will take my son's insurance.
