Very unprofessional place. They cancel your appointments without notifying you. Half of the receptionists need to learn some customer service skills, and lose the rude unnecessary attitude.

If it were possible I would give them zero stars. No one ever answers call or messages at the Springfield illinois location. They are very unprofessional. The office is dirty! They have dropped the ball on my son's care and no Oral Surgeon in town will deal with patients being referred by Familia Dental due to the lack of communication. Had to go to a different dentist to get him referred for emergency wisdom tooth extraction. Very disappointed!!

I love this dentist office I called right before lunch was about to start and they still ended up getting me in and doing an excellent Job. The doctor and miss Patt Has Always Being Great To Me. Keep Up The Good Work

Please beware... they pulled teeth and semd you on your way with not even a script for an antibiotic... I have spent the last 3 days in pain.. went to my doctor today and was put on an antibiotic and pain meds.. it's been horrible

I was recommended by the Health Department in a small town near by. They weren't and haven't been taking new patients for a while, so they recommended 4 dentist offices and I'm glad I chose Familia Dental. Their friendly and prompt urgent care spoke for itself. They provided as many dental services as possible, and gave future insight into what needed done later for a nice smile to be perfected. I had a extraction done due to current pain and the tooth had broken off, but the dentist was quick and effective in the tooth removal process. The assistants were nice also, and made me feel comfortable. Overall, an A+ rating, five stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

0/10 every appointment I come to I have to wait over 2 hours not even to be seen they say they will call you when they are ready for you and they never call one appointment I came to I waited all day to receive a call and never received one . This place is very unprofessional and very much rude and ghetto . The front desk lady’s are very rude also . It’s crazy how sad this place is now ! they let anyone work here . They don’t care about their patients the front desk ladies always have attitudes and smart remarks when talking to them.

They said we did not have an appointment at 11 am today. Drove from out of town only to go right back home as we didn’t have the card they wrote it on. Well here it is.

I visited 7-25-23, I was familiar with the receptionist who I've had problems with in the past on a personal level with my mom and because of that I felt I was put on the back of the list and made to wait, although one thing had nothing to do with the other, I was that I was the first walk in on the list after an hour and a half they told me I had to wait until 5:30 or 6:00 to be seen, the African American women continue to whisper and point, then I was put further down on the list. I feel they played game's with me and kept insisting I come back at a later day. Before long the Caucasian receptionist drew a line through my name and said that they couldn't see me at all and I would have to come back in two weeks. I would like to make a formal complaint about this mater. Autumn, and Kim

Good and efficient dentistry. Wait staff could be a bit more on top of things but the actual procedures are very professional. Building could probably use a few minor repairs but equipment is up-to-date and the staff know their stuff. Insurance is flexible and the out of pocket costs are pretty manageable with it.

Shawn was great!! Made me feel so comfortable.
