Got a Tooth pulled and Kayla did a great job getting everything set for the Dentist. One Dentist gave me the Novocain and a few minutes later another Dentist arrived to remove the tooth in less than 5 minutes. Great experience, $60 cheaper than Urgent Dent, and a lot more professional and courteous!!

The staff is very nice and professional. The times I've been able to be seen my experiences have been pleasant. However, the office is often very busy and sometimes details fall through the cracks. I suggest you calling them to confirm ALL the details of your needs and upcoming appointments

This place was good until about a month after the procedure. The surgeon was excellent and my 3 wisdom teeth removal went perfect until I got the bill. Before you’re procedure gets done you speak to billing and they inform you about what your costs are going to be. She made it seem like my insurance was going to cover everything and I quote she said, “ this is what your insurance is not going to cover and that’s the anesthesia.” So after paying 325 upfront I finally get to have the procedure and then get sent a bill a month later for 800 dollars. When I call billing and they state a part needs to be billed under medical and I give the information. I then receive a bill for 400 dollars. I called to question today and they stated my medical never picked up anything. Still wondering how my bill magically dropped in half. They make everything seem like your costs will be covered and sweet talk you to getting your procedure done and trick you into signing forms when you’re in the worst pain in your life.

I came here because I needed a good amount of work done including surgery. Everyone was very nice and I am very satisfied with the surgery, and they were definitely the most reasonably priced.

I will add that routine maintenance/cleanings are for sure on the costlier end of the scale for the area.

I enjoy Aspen Dental except for when I'm calling to talk to someone I'm put on hold for at least 10 minutes. I think if they are that busy to at least take a message and give you a call back when they have free time. I don't want to keep calling and go through the same thing. Other than that the staff is friendly and I really enjoy the TV's in the rooms. It helps keep your mind off what the dentist may be doing.

If I could give zero stars for the highland office of Aspen I would. my mother got her dentures from there six months ago. she has had nothing but problems. Everyone was very very nice and accommodating when she first went in and spent $6,000. now she's having a difficult time trying to even get in to have the dentures looked at that keep falling out of her mouth. She has not had solid food for 6 months. this is the worst customer service and also the worst service at the dental office. They take your money and then they really don't give a damn.

The staff at Aspen Dental are very professional and friendly. From the first visit I was treated with courtesy and respect. The financial officer, Charlene, the dentist, Dr. Redmond and the dental assistants made me comfortable and unafraid during the whole procedure!👍

I showed up 20 minutes early for my appointment after walking in the woman at the desk did not bother to look up to acknowledge me. I wrote my name on the clipboard that was directly in front of her (still no acknowledgement) and sat down. 15 minutes later someone called me from the back to hand me paperwork.
While I was writing my information down the receptionist expressed her irritation for the customer she was on the phone with out loud for myself and all the other patients sitting in the waiting room to hear. When they called me to go to the back the woman did not smile nor introduce herself and lead me to the back for my x-rays. After my x-rays I was sat down in the chair and waited for the next person. The hygienist then explained the next process which I appreciated…
A man walked into the room again, not even acknowledging me or introducing himself. So I stopped him because he was clearly looking at my information (HIPPA) I stopped him and asked who he was. Then, is when he decided he would introduce himself as the dentist. After all of that I was then told I wasn’t going to get my teeth cleaned that this was just a consultation! I had no idea that I was not going to get my teeth cleaned that day. I would’ve never wasted my time. I have never been to a dentist office that was so unprofessional with little regard for patients. The staff honestly appeared as if they hated their jobs. I will Never be back.
