Terrible experience. They were not able to complete the work that I was billed for . I’ve called 3 times and gotten the run around. Actually went in to talk to manager and he said I would be credited 10 days ago . Still nothing . Horrible communication. Really wish I would of chosen a different route than giving this place my $7800.00 to pull some teeth . Joe credit my account.

First time here I called and the receptionist was ok even though she seemed confused and they definitely want to make sure you have a certain type of insurance. Came in 15min early and they took me in late, which is okay I had no where to be that day. The lady that took my X-rays was extremely sweet and professional so I was happy until the second lady came in and analyzed my teeth and she immediately tried to install fear in me and she was very rude. Then finally got seen by the 3rd person and she explained what I needed to get done, but without detail or a explanation of the process or what exactly I am paying for I got rushed out of the room to a waiting room to meet with the financial advisor. They tell me the price which was fine but I had no idea what I need. Like I’m supposed to drop 2k+ or sign for care credit when they didn’t even take time to explain to me anything. I heard the room I was in immediately occupied as soon as I left so they are definitely overbooking. I regret going there even for a check up honestly. The front desk was friendly at least. But they are definitely hustling. Just to mention I have very good insurance.

1st time visitor. Great 1st day. ( no work done) The staff is very friendly and there are a lot on duty. One of the first times I have ever witnessed a medical or dental facility have enough staff on-hand to handle the demand of constant patient interaction. I was handed off to a different person every time I needed a different service. So basically there is no wait. Of course it helped I completed my information online prior to my arrival, and I knew exactly what I needed. The communications between patient, Dr. & staff was very professional, and appreciated. I liked being kept in the loop. Met with the Dr. & she was just as professional as the staff, but not so professional I was uncomfortable. We created an action plan together , which I was given options of treatments. Who does that??? After the plan was created I spoke with the Office manager and I was given treatment, and payment options to suit my financial needs. I am impressed so far.
Update: Had Work done. Professional, expedited, and comfortable. If you're looking for a painless novocaine shot? Jackie is awesome!

The person that deep cleaned my teeth was chipping off my old filling so I would get a crown and the bridge they put in - my mouth was infected for 14 days also they wait til they are in your mouth working and tell you need other work done so you can’t say no. - they seem to to be either unqualified or they destroy your mouth on purpose- I have to go to a dentist and have my bridge replaced - - They just want to make money off your mouth not treat your mouth- I wish I never would have ever ever gone there last year. Worst dentist experience in 30 years of going to dentist

The dental assistants are very nice and make you feel welcome.Then there are the bad points they get you in under false pretense by saying no insurance no problem. The problem being that at what point does the truth come in ? I feel that they work along side these companies that will give you credit to pad there pockets as well. (Genisis) being one example I got the credit for my dental work and still had credit available to use allegedly but was not able to use it after my procedure date was past from the work I had done prior to this date. They told me that I could use the credit once I go back to Aspen again I said well that won't get used because I will never go back there again in this life !! They tell you what you need done but afterwards they don't try to assistant at all. And let's not get to talking about the office Manager who is strictly all about the money I had a complaint and was told that I could speak with him and after waiting 1hr. Was told that he was very busy so I couldn't speak to him but could talk to the Dr. Stear clear of all there unethical practices if possible.

Horrible communication skills between patient and front desk staff. Ordered replacement partial. I WAS NEVER INFORMED WHEN DENTURE CAME IN! Found out it was sitting there for over 3 weeks after I had made repeated inquiries g phone calls with no response. LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES. WILL NOT RECCOMEND THIS OFFICE AND CONTINUE TO TELL OF MY UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIECE . Manager was extremely indifferent

I'm a teeth grinder and needed an emergency extraction. My appointment was 8:15 am, I showed up the second the doors opened at 7 to do my paperwork, and they didn't even let me finish before taking me back for the x-rays. Amazing service and wonderful bedside manner.
