Called for an emergency appt with my face swollen and in pain and waited to be seen only to find out that they couldnt treat me bc they dont provide the services I needed at that location, although I was told they did when I scheduled. Then, sent me away with a list of specialists to call to be seen. No antibiotics for the infection or pain meds. Called lists of specialists who refused treatment until I finished an antibiotic regimen to control the infection. Had to go back 3 different times that day to get a prescription for the antibiotic and a pain management med. The receptionist at the front desk was very helpful and a Godsend and really went above and beyond to get me the care I needed. Dr. Redmond and the office manager were not very pleasant.

Will not be back. Takes way to long to email a receipt of payment. My entire HSA account was on hold due to a payment I made to them. Canceled all future appointments. Looks as though they over charged for the services that’s why the HSA account needed the actual receipt. Also they did not let me do my copay on the HSA card, way to much b.s. Mike claimed it was emailed but never received the email but did receive an appointment confirmation email. Plus it seems as though there prices are shady that’s why they have u always paying out of pocket.

There was no receptionist to greet me when I came in. I waiting twenty minutes before someone approached the desk. The wait was entirely to long for the oral surgeon to come and view x-rays. I was only there for a consultation it didn't have taken an hour and forty five minutes. I was never seen by the oral surgeon. The only reason I went to this dentist was because it was in network.

UPDATE: remember the chip in my tooth that they said they'd make a note about but never did? Well two weeks later I'm still in pain so I decided to dig around in my mouth and I manage to pop out a piece of my tooth from the same tooth with the chip....hmm I wonder if anything would have been noticed before hand if I actually got that X-ray on that day I came in complaining of pain.

I did a walk in today because my mouthful of fillings have been really sensitive (weeks after the procedure) and becoming more and more painful over the past few days (especially on the top right and top left) so much that in order to get any relief I had to oraljel all my top right gums. During my last deep cleaning the hygienist mentioned that one of my fillings had broke off a bit and told me she would make a note of that so the dentist would know. When I walked in my room today I explained to the hygienist that I was having major pain and believed my bite was off, she told me to just put toothpaste on which teeth were hurting and that she would get me to do x rays as soon as the station was available. (I also mentioned again to the hygienist how my filling had a slight break and she informed me there was never any note of the break)While I was waiting another woman came in my room and checked my bite then proceeded to shave some of the tooth that was hitting another tooth on the bottom row whenever I would speak so she asked if it was more comfortable now after the shaving, agreed and she proceeded to walk to the front door which to my confusion I asked “what about my X-rays?” She claimed it wasn’t needed and sent me off. I left feeling taking advantage of and not at all a priority but more of an insurance check.

Horrible!!! After Confirming With Them Twice That I Needed A Cleaning Done Because I Had A Toothache They Did Absolutely Nothing For Me. They Had Called The Day Before And Told Me My Insurance Was Good To Go. I Show Up Early With My Paperwork And As I Am Sitting in The Waiting Area They Are Verifying Coverage. After 30 Minutes They Take Me In The Room. Get My X-Rays Done In Another Room That Is Very Uncomfortable Just In A Computer Chair. Then I Wait Another 20 Minutes For The Hygenist And She Just Starts Poking My Gums And Gives Recommendations. Wait Another 15 Minutes For Dr. And Gives A Quick Look. I Was Trying to Ask Him Questions And He Was Already Halfway Out the Door. I Never Once Got a Quick Water Rinse. I Then Had To Wait Another 15 Minutes For A Consulatant That Wasted My Time Trying to Upsell Me An Electronic Toothbrush. Explains How Much The Procedure Cost When That's Why I Have An Insurance Company to Do That Stuff. If You Are Looking For A Local Genuine Caring Dentist DO NOT GO HERE.

Every time I went the wait was no more than 5 mins in the waiting room. I’m greeted by friendly faces and the service has been quick. However they kept telling me I owed more and more money each visit. I got tired of paying out of pocket for random costs.

I originally bought my dentures at affordable dental. I had for two months before my front tooth came out right on good friday Easter weekend they couldnt fix it nor did they care. I then called around found a super nice lady she made me apt for monday and told me try to walk in see if they can do something. It was 3:30 on friday I was not a client but the lab guy fixed it !!!💖I am so very happy with service. I will buy my products through them from now on!! Thank you very much Ms. Gallant💖
